Unreliable Pharmacy - My initial Rx prescription took over two months to arrive, even though I had already been charged for three months. Then, after finally receiving my prescription for two months, it suddenly stopped without any heads up, stating that their pharmacy could not longer deliver to my state. Lastly, because there was so much confusion, I supposedly filled out the wrong form for the wrong month and so they refunded me the lesser balance for the third month. They still owe me $64.00!

Easy and very responsive to use this site. I moved and needed to change my address in the middle of an order and they handled professionally!

Pros: The semaglutide product itself worked well and I achieved close to my goal weight. The ordering physician was good and provided dosage adjustments based on how well I responded to the medication.
Cons: the WellYouLife people gave me refill/assessment links and URLs that did not work the first couple times and sometimes delayed receiving the medication because they took so long to fix it. The WellYouLife people did not give tracking numbers for the order until well after it arrived making it challenging to keep it at refridgerated temperature until I could pick it up.

The first order was pretty delayed, though they had explained to me that they were switching to a different pharmacy - and they certainly made up for it by giving me a discounted rate on my next order! 😉
