Alex and the team at Heart Internet have been absolutely fantastic. I raised an urgent support ticket and Alex responded quickly with clear, thorough guidance that was extremely easy to follow. Everything was explained properly, with no confusion or back and forth, just great, efficient support exactly when it was needed.
I genuinely haven’t come across this level of IT support in years. An excellent service from start to finish.

After Microsoft screwed up my mailboxes, Heart Internet helped guide me through the very tortuous process to restore communication with the world. The word AMAZING doesn't cover it.
