BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Still waiting on my bike and can’t get a confirmed delivery date despite numerous emails to Horizon and now Fiido directly. My bike order was processed on 30 Aug and payment was processed 5 Sept. Customer service was reasonably responsive but ineffective. I would cancel my order but purchased via Cycle2Work salary scheme which is a pain to cancel. Despite my interest in the bike, very much regretting buying through them right now.

A great service. They answered my email query very quickly and kept me informed about delivery of the bikes I had purchased. They gave me a good discount and I would recommend this company.

The actual process of buying my Fiido C11 pro was easy through the cyclescheme. But I found the updates regarding delivery was very poor. The link between the bike seller, the storage location/dispatching and the company delivering (DX Logistics). Horizon could not tell me a delivery date and it was only when I called the delivery company DX that told me the bike was being delivered that morning I called! I did receive an email that morning but it was being delivered approx 1 hour later. But once the bike was delivered I have been happy with the bike.

Other than a minor hiccup with the delivery, which was quickly, efficiently and without fuss sorted out, this was a positive buying experience. Good website, price OK and I got what I wanted.

Customer service is brilliant, I wanted a Fiido and Horizon was the only company I found that would do one on my works company scheme. Matt was super helpful with sorting it out and responded to my endless queries promptly. The only issue I had was with the delivery, This was not due to Horizon though, This was the shipping from Fiido themselves. Couldnt fault Matt in the slightest !

I dont think they are interested in selling a bike - Matt the owner sounds pretty unfriendly and the whole approach is not customer oriented and seems quite unhelpful- that is a red flagh to go purchase anything from them especially for the lower end bikes.

Slow despatch but after a brief call recognised an error and rectified very quickly with next day delivery and refund of postage. Excellent product, price and service. Will definitely use again. Thanks.
