The whole deal was sorted out quickly and efficiently over the phone and by email. A few days later my bike was delivered to my door in Scotland.
No dramas whatsoever.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The back brake light plug-in adapter was not compatible.

Sorry to hear that - this is an HX X9 brake lever and is for the HX X9 electric scooter - it only fits the HX X9 electric scooter. Also the brake lever doesn't connect to the back brake light the cable is the cut out for the motor. Please return and we'll issue a refund.

Thanks for your review. There does tend to be periods when we wait for couriers to collect or confirm delivery and for admin tasks such as DVLA registration to take place. While it may seem nothing is happening we do have a company policy of only updating customers when there has been a change. However we have had a number of customers mention similar so we will now provide timelines and dealines so if they haven't heard back by a date then please contact us. We do get so many customer chasing their order hours or the following day asfter it was placed - we're not Amazon.
Excellent customer service
Recently purchased a Fiido X 2025 from Horizon Micro Mobility and overall I’ve had a really positive experience.
In particular, Matt has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent from start to finish, especially with all the delays and shipping updates around the new Fiido stock arriving in the UK. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and he went out of his way to reassure me regarding my full order, including the additional battery and accessories.
The bike was professionally assembled before delivery which was a huge help, and the courier booking process was smooth as well.
I also really appreciated the honest and responsive customer service after delivery. It’s refreshing dealing with a company that actually replies promptly and keeps customers informed.
Would definitely recommend Horizon Micro Mobility to anyone looking at buying an e-bike, especially if customer support is important to you.

Looking at your recent order you were informed on 22.01.26 that the current wait time for the bike was 8-10 weeks (so late March/early April).
You were then informed on March 10th that due to shipping delays the shipment was expected to arrive towards the end of April, you replied to this email. The shipment arrived a little earlier than this and your order was process on April 23rd.
At every point the Customer Services Team provided you with accurate information as soon as we were made aware of any delays.
