Useless and what less company they are literally ripping people off they have been reported to trading standards they are no longer at the address given on website, they tell you to write to complaints same old rubbish talk.
Still haven’t received outfit and it’s been over 8 weeks how they are getting away with this is mind boggling.
If anyone has the same problem get in touch with citizens advice bureau and trading standards they will be very helpful.
If anyone has had the same problem get in touch with the above organisation the people reporting will definitely be advised accordingly.
They want to give you a credit note to just use it to not receive item this matter has been going for months.

Horrible and awful customer service! I paid for 2 outfits which they’d said would be dispatched in 4-6weeks from date of order. I message after 8 weeks only for them to turn around and tell me that they ran out of stock- wth?!

I requested a refund which they said would be processed after 21 days. On day 30 after having persistently emailed them for an update regarding my refund, I got my credit card company involved and they were able to help get my refund.

What a complete nightmare and stressful experience with HOF!

I bought an outfit which took 3 months never arrived and five months no refund yet don’t trust this website to shop customer care is awful quick to take money no refund no clothes yet! Think twice before you shop here!

I bought a dress from them In June 2022. They never sent the dress and never refund the money. For the last 1.5 months they have been saying that there is a problem in their bank and they transfer the money. They are thieves and shameless liars

I ordered for £109.99 on 21st July 2023, still have not received the product. I have sent them 8 emails and received the same reply that they chased the fulfilment team for an update. There is no update or anything about my order. I have requested for a refund as they have failed to deliver the order and have unlawfully kept my money. Under the consumer rights act, they have failed to deliver the product that I ordered. But they do not seem to understand what I wrote or chose not to listen what the customer is requesting for. I have no choice left but I might have to go for a different route. This is my hard earned money and what they are doing is unethical. I have read the similar reviews from other customers.

Thieves- I have reported them to London trading standards. My suit was ordered in April. They claimed the card I paid with couldn’t be refunded too- (it is fine btw) and asked for my bank details- and then told me it would take 2 weeks to refund me. What a joke. Hopefully the report will prevent other people being scammed.

I have been emailing house of faiza regarding my order for months, they kept informing me there was a delay with my order and if I didn’t want to wait any longer I can get a refund. Because it had been 4 months waiting for my order I agreed to the refund which I still haven't received!
I then received an email today saying they were having trouble with bank transfers and they can give me a credit note which for obvious reasons I declined. It was an expensive outfit and I want the money back. If I don’t get it back this week I will take further action and contact trading standards!

The most horrible experience I ever had in online shopping. When ordered agreement was will take 7-8 weeks. By 8 weeks only 1 item arrives out of 4! Once chased, they have minimal reply and cancels order without issue refund in my bank account! It’s 4 weeks ongoing now and they still haven’t issued my £217.97 refund. Keeps on saying payment bounces back! I gave them my bank details twice for bank transfer, still saying issues. This is fraudulent! Don not waste your money and energy in this bad company. I will have to take it further and report this fraud company to the appropriate authorities.

If I could give zero stars I would.
Items ordered with timescale if 3-5 working days and I get it delivered 4 months later. Only ever did they send generic replies stating your item will be delivered when consignment arrives! Will never buy again from them.

This company are thieves out and out. They send out the same "bear with us" email after you have paid, so basically they take your payment and that's all you can expect. I do not know why they are able to still get away with it.

Please please don’t order from here I’ve only given them one star so I can go forward with this review. They are a nightmare to get hold of take days to reply to an email and they don’t see faults as faults. Terrible and appalling service.

I ordered an outfit in June..It’s been 3 months now received nothing.The instagram page whoever is on there is ducking useless.iv asked for a refund few days ago.All I see is that my order says cancelled now but no refund has been made.It’s been 6 working days.Give me my refund!

Just received my Elan Suit today and OMG, I love it. The stitching and detailing is so on point. I have never been more satisfied with a Pakistani suit before. Love it and love them. The experience for me was easy peasy and the insta team was great.

This company was good a few years ago. However this has been a nightmare recently when orders and refunds take forever!. Please do not waste your time, money and energy.

Can anyone let me know, if they have contacted HOF recently? I have tried to email them several times today and it failed to deliver every time. I am in same boat a many of you who have not received their order. I placed the order on 13/06/2023 and to this day I have not heard from them since I placed the order.
I am concerned what if they have gone into administration.......
I hope there is a way I can get a full refund.

Don’t trust this company.

They promise quick delivery yet I didn’t receive a dispatch email 10 weeks after placing my order.

When asking for updates on Instagram all I got was ‘your order has been delayed by another 2 weeks’ with no further information or apologies.

Poor customer service. I ended up cancelling my order with no response from them let alone an apology.

Save yourself the time, worry and disappointment and shop elsewhere.

Do not trust this company. I still haven’t received my good it’s almost 12 weeks and the schedule time was 4-6 Weeks. Really bad service. Also when you email them they send automated reply which has been the same reply every time I’ve contacted them.

Love this company , I am saddened to see so many bad reviews , have been a customer since 3 years and loving all my outfits, they do delays sometimes but I do understand that happens with pre order items , but their customer service is always prompt. Nevertheless I am a very happy buyer

Been three weeks no refund to my card an email means nothing! Plus taken £6.99 for admin haha what a joke when the item was missing a slip! Have taken up with my bank now ! Not even a trading company what a joke buy from haniyas!

I ordered a coupe of suits from the sale and they arrived earlier than expected and the suits are beautiful.

It’s the first time I purchased Sana Safinaz and A-meenah suits and both are stunning. Well stitched and accessories exactly like the photo.

I was very hesitant to order after reading all these negative reviews on here but my experience was far from different and a lot of the reviews seem to be fake posted by the same people and some don’t event make sense.

I recommend them based on my experience and think you should try them for yourselves
