BUYER BEWARE!!
Ordered in august, now end of November and outfit still not received. Emails from customer service unhelpful. Will I ever receive my order?!?!

I wish I could give them a zero.

Firstly it's clear that they are a dodgy company as even trust pilot have had to remove a number of fake reviews - they've stated it on the landing page fot this comoany.

My order was due in August it is now November, I think that speaks fot itself really. Responses from the customer service team are generic and uninformative. When you ask fot a refund they completely ignore you - they either say there is a delay or to shut you up they will say it's with the fulfillment centre. They can't even be bothered to spell my name correctly. They have actually stolen my money as there is no item. Please do not waste your time or energy with a company like this - rather then treat customers with respect and keep their custom they just take you money and disappear. Avoid! They shouldn't be allowed to do business in the UK not sure how they are getting away with it!

Worst customer service and my order has not being delivered I have waited over 3 weeks when it was meant to be standard delivery. Have no replies on email or Instagram don’t think I’ll be getting a refund either.

Absolute catastrophe I have experienced while ordering from here. I initially ordered once in 2020, this delivery cancellation was excused due to the pandemic. However recently I can not understand why it was flippin taken 12 weeks for my order to arrive (probably more as I still do not have it). I can’t get hold of a useful person from customer service, each message was vague, I felt dismissed and on some occasions ignored. This is a terrible place to order from and I think this company needs to hire more members or staff and get this business sorted so customers are satisfied. FYI I am not being bias as I know of two others with the same issue on multiple occasions.

Very unprofessional, promising false advertising dates. Despite so many chase ups, its always the same response that my order will be dispatched within the week. Its been 4 weeks and still waiting. Never ordering from them again. Its such a shame HOF is huge mainstream seller and such poor service is disappointing. We understand all businesses are effected because of covid etc but its been 2 years and other sellers seem to be able to deliver just fine so i dont see why HOF is still struggling. I will be asking my bank for refund.

I would not even give this company 1 star if I had the option, very disappointed with this company and their false advertising of when items will be delivered or dispatched, I ordered suits 3 weeks ago which I needed in time before a certain date, that date is few days away and when I message them they are still saying they are waiting for a shipment from the designer so the item has not even reached them yet! Too many delays stay away from this site ! You’ll be waiting for years and they will never give you an estimated delivery time, just useless useless responses with no actual information. I have now requested a refund and to cancel my order if it is not going to get to me by the date I needed it for which is 3 days away so will update how they respond to that.

Absolute Rubbish I ordered a suit from here 3 weeks before Eid and it still has NOT arrived. House Of Faiza need to sort out their customer care - no reply to e mails or any kind of compensation to the trauma caused. AVOID… you can buy better elsewhere for half the price and save yourself a headache! The BAROQUE they have advertised is DOUBLE the price at House Of Faiza. Rip off.

Terrible company to order from. Ordered from them twice and both were bad experiences. The first time the suit had a quality control issue and smelt of chemicals. They gave me a voucher rather than a refund. Second time they sent me a suit with marks on the sleeve and shalwar. Emailed them numerous times, no response. Contacted through Instagram and finally received a less than satisfactory response. Read their small print because under no circumstances do they actually give a refund. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I have not received my suit and now they are closed from 8th July 2022. They will be back open tomorrow on 13th. There has been no tracking information about my Delivery sent to me. I really hope they send my outfit soon, there has been many people on here who have shared same experience about them.

An absolute joke of a business!! Ordered a month before eid ul fitr, my order never arrived for months. Was then told it’s damaged and got a gift card, ordered again a month before eid ul adha and it’s still not here. Eid is tomorrow! Beware of their false delivery advertisements, trust me just save yourselves the hassle. I never write bad reviews or reviews at all but this was like I said beyond a joke. Find somewhere else guys

Take orders for Eid for fast delivery but fail to post existing orders on the date of dispatch stated on their website. Left with no outfit for an important event. Hide behind their ambiguous disclaimer. Those who are in same predicament raise a dispute with your bank for good not received and you will receive a refund. Shocking service and platform and delete all negative comments on their socials to hide their atrocious sales. Do not purchase from them. They reply that this type of service is an exception and not the way they operate but clearly not when it’s the same thing people babe left a review on. As a business common sense would be to avoid this to ship the items asap and if you can’t keep up with orders then employ more people because clearly you are taking a lot of money from customers and not delivering so have the outfits and the money. Disgusting behaviour and will ensure no one I know purchases from you.

UPDATE: Never received items and have requested a refund but am still waiting. Incredibly frustrating.

Website dispatch dates are an indicator from when dispatch will start and not an indicator of when your purchase will be dispatched! Therefore you have no idea when you will receive your purchase.
Customer services were incredibly slow, unhelpful and, at times, rude.

Most unscrupulous company I’ve ever known. If I could leave them zero stars I would. I ordered a suit for Mother’s Day in February the estimated shipping window was 6 weeks. It didn’t come in 6 weeks. The week of Eid they sent me a completely different suit. I emailed them they said they’d get someone to pick it up and get the right one delivered before Eid. I emailed every day until Eid we sat waiting for someone to pick the suit up and deliver the right one but we had no response until a week after Eid. Then they arranged for pick up on the same day they bothered to respond to my multiple emails - someone came and picked that suit up on the same day but no one did before Eid ?!. They then said the suit would come the same week. The week went no suit emailed again the same thing over and over then they said they’re getting in touch with their dispatch team. It’s been 3 weeks since with no updates. I have been chasing this company up since March. I can’t even explain how sick and tired I am of emailing this company to no avail. The most unscrupulous fraudulent company I’ve ever known please save your money. What makes me even more angry is the numbers they’ve listen are not even in business so if they get to you they get to you and if they don’t hey your moneys free and it doesn’t matter to them. I’m not someone sat around spending money I’ve got to spare I’m a real person who bought that as a gift to my mum who didn’t have anything to wear on Eid because of this fraudulent immoral company. Anyone looking to order just don’t they don’t even deserve me writing a review that’s how disgusting and not worth the energy they are but if I can save anyone else this trouble it’s worth it. House of faiza more like house of unscrupulous scammers.

ordered a suit that came out faulty. the company agreed for me to send the item back and i can have a full refund. once i sent the item back they issued a gift card instead so that i would have buy from them again and no refund. when contacted they do not reply to any of your emails and there is no contact.

To save yourself your money and your time, DO NOT EVER purchase from this absolutely disgraceful company.

They sent me a faulty product and it didn’t dispatch for over 2 months and when I asked for a refund which I am rightfully owed, AS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE, they’re refusing and lying and twisting around it. They gave me a complaints email for me to escalate to and that email address ignored me for over a week. They have no decent system in place for anything and I’m left out of pocket.

Disgusted is an understatement. I will be taking this further. They make us Pakistani’s look like a joke, that’s how embarrassing they are.

Worst place to order from! I ordered my Eid dress from here on 9th March and it was meant to be dispatched within 6 weeks. 30th April now and I still haven’t received my item, now I’m left with no Eid clothes. Do not recommend them at all

I wish I could give them zero stars but unfortunately it’s not possible…please keep away from them…placed an order over 4 months ago and they were very quick in taking my money but never delivered my order out kept on making feeble excuses and in the end I asked for my money back but unfortunately still haven’t been refunded!!!

If I could give zero stars I would but system does not allow me to. Please take your business elsewhere. A highly unethical business, never fulfilled my order, kept asking me to wait or it’s been dispatched, I couldn’t even cancel. They finally cancelled the order after I demanded it had gone well over their fulfilment time, then they were making me wait 20 days for the refund. Back and forth emails for days, saying I had to wait and could not be escalated. I told them that I was going to put it on my social media as I have a large following how unethical the business was only then they immediately sent my refund! Awful, Awful experience! Don’t waste your time here!

I could not explain how angry i am. The service is bar really more that 12 weeks late for delivery i ask for a refund they didnt give me they told me to wait 3 weeks more what à pitty really. Please dont purshase to this firm it is really bad.
