I had a problem with my hozelock product which I bought over three years ago. I contacted HozeLock and the query was resolved within 5 working days with replacements being sent out immediately. I was kept informed at all times as to what was happening (specifically by Tim in Customer Services). This really was exceptional customer service. Now a loyal customer .

I had a problem hose Not retracting correctly, they told me what to do. It wasn't successful, so the real was replaced very promptly. Thank you so much.

Called about a replacement under warranty. Fast efficient no quibble response. A lesson to other retailers.

Bonjour,j'habite en RP 77500, je tenais absolument à donner mon avis sur un dérouleur HOZELOCK acheté en magasin LEROY MERLIN dès l'installation de ce dispositif d'arrosage j'ai remarqué en quelques semaines une forte dégradation des couleurs par le soleil de la surface de l'appareil. j'en suis à mon 3 éme dévidoir et les anciens ne ce dégradait pas aussi vite. J'ai du aussi recouper 3 fois de suite le tuyau qui éclatait au niveau du pistolet. J'ai pris contact avec le SAV Hozelock qui n'a pas pris en compte ma demande et m'indique que depuis quelques temps ces appareils sont fabriqués en CHINE. Bref grosse déception sur la qualité et je ne serai plus client de cette marque

Its a shame I have had to request replacement due to product failure of a superhoze within extended warranty period. However, have received first class customer support and prompt replacement.

Great customer service. I had a missing part which I received a replacement for within a few days of initial contact.

I bought several items from Hozelock and had issues getting them to all connect together. At first I thought I'd be reviewing a low score as it took ages to get a response from customer service, then in stepped Cameron.

He apologised for the delay in response (so all was forgiven then) and over the next few weeks (yes weeks!), he was determined to sort my problem out. I was ready to give up as I was losing the will to live, but not Cameron, he kept on asking questions and in the end, after many, many emails he sorted my problem out.

Customer services departments everywhere need a Cameron!!

Had a problem with a hose that I purchased quite some time ago. Cameron from the customer service department was exceptionally helpful and this issue has been solved with hozelock sending me a replacement. I did not expect this! After having issues with our hose and it’s retractable case the team at hozelock quickly organised a replacement with no fuss, appreciated the quick response and no nonsense replacement.

Cameron from Hozelock was extremely helpful when sorting out my problem with a hose that split and was still under warranty.He immediately arranged to send a replacement and also sent it to an alternative address for me as I was not going to be at home to receive it when it was due to arrive. He dealt with the issue in a most professional and helpful manner.He provided top notch service from start to finish.

I told Hozelock about a product issue and they were very responsive and replaced the item, even though it was out of warranty. I hadn't expected them to replace it, I just wanted them to have my opinion. So, this was customer service way above what was necessary and it says a lot about their attitude to service. Chloe in the Customer Service Team was particularly diligent and helpful.

Our 40 metre auto reel hozelock started playing up, not retracting properly and not feeding back into the housing. I contacted Cameron at Hozelock informing him of our problem and he told me to send my original receipt, address, and to cut off the pipe when it was fully extended in order to disarm it. My wife made a video of me doing this and I emailed everything back to Cameron. Within a few days Cameron replied saying that a new reel would be sent within the next 3-5 working days. Exactly three days later we received a brand new 40 metre auto hoze reel. Thank you Cameron for your kind attention and help, and thank you Hozelock for complying with your warranty without any hassle whatsoever.

I’ve been in touch with Cameron at customer service as I had a problem with my product. I can honestly say he was very apologetic and helpful the communication was spot on always replied to my emails.
Solved the problem I had so very satisfied, just want to say thank you Cameron for your support.

Cameron was extremely helpful and accommodating. He understood my reservations about the product in question, refreshingly without making any attempt to fob me off or sidestep responsibility which is quite uncommon in today's world.
