My 5 year old autoreel developed a small leak from within the casing and was very promptly replaced by Tim. Very impressed with the service.

My expandable hose developed a leak after a year but Tim very quickly sent me a replacement.

I wrote asking for a replacement part that I couldn't find online. I had no proof of purchase so I offered to buy it. They sent me one free of charge.
This is real service and so nice to experience these days.

Purchased a 40m Superhoze expanding hose from Amazon in July 2025. Just over a year later it sprung a leak. Followed the instructions on the Hozelock website, contacted their Customer Service with proof of purchase and a picture of the leak and within a week I had received a replacement.
Shout out to Tim from Customer Service for his handling of this fault. It's great to see that some companies do value their customers. Thank you Tim and Hozelock.

I have had my hozelock auto reel for 4 years and it stopped rewinding. As it came with a 5 year warranty. I submitted a claim with receipt and photo.
I received a reply stating that they will send a replacement. It arrived in 3 days. Thank you for excellent service.

Tim made my day made my week and put a smailemon my face.

First hozelock was still.going after 35 years. Second one gave up the ghost but I thought was repairable. Spoke to hozelock and told them the story and that I could not.locate the purchasing info. Tim and HL came up trumps way and beyond my expectations.

I am completely satisfied with there response and beyond grateful.

Tim could not have been more helpful. I had a claim for a leaking expandable hose which was only just over a year old. The hose had a 5 year warranty.
This was the 4th/ 5 th hose with the same problem over the years bur had not claimed before.
A replacement is on its way already.
Bought the hose on Amazon but difficult to see how you claim so claimed on you direct.

Very good communication and offered a resolution immediately to my issue.
The team was very professional and at hand to assist with my needs. They went the further mile to resolve my issue without any hesitation.

Tuffhose had five all leaked after a month either from the hose or the couplings
COmplete scam product and they know this took a into for a warranty ty claim

Tried to order a service part for my auto reel but could not get passed checkout after leaving my card details . went onto chat line and the first question I was asked was which bank I used . Tried to call direct and was told the phone system was being overhauled , this happened 3 day running . I asked to speak to a agent and surprise there was not one available . I will shop elsewhere in future .

I used their customer support email about a product I had bought from Amazon expecting the usual multi-day delay or non-reply. However, I received a response within a couple of days and the matter was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Overall, a good experience.

I bought 2 expandable hozelocks,the first sprung a leak and took it back to where I bought it and they exchanged it for another one
However the second one did the same but I was out of time with store policy so contacted Hozelock as it has a three year warranty and they are going to send me a replacement all well and good and awaiting delivery
But here is where it goes wrong Hozelock will only replace and do not give money back or voucher to spend in store which I think is wrong as I bought another hose old fashion sort
If you sell faulty products give a refund !!

Would thoroughly recommend Hozelock and Chloe in customer service. I had some issues with a mobile hose, which was replaced, almost without question. Definitely worthwhile registering the product and even though it was just out of warranty, they were happy to replace it. I’ve been a loyal hozelock customer over the years and will continue to be

Bought from b&q the Hozelock easyclear 3000 pond pump.
I have tried to call, today Fri at 11.50 to be told to call m-f between 10-2. Then the phone went dead. Went on live chat....er no one available today....Just like yesterday and the day before. Emailed on 22nd still no response.
The issue is having just spent £137 on a new boxed and shrink wrapped pond pump. I found at the bottom of the box below the shrinkwrap a label stating:
The weight
All parts present
Part no.
Checked weight
AND THIS DATE STAMP ...31.01.07
So my new pump is 19 years 6 months old.
How does that affect the parts,bulb, motor? How many times has this pump been upgraded in that time.

Excellent service. Cameron in customer service extremely helpful. Part ordered on 21st July and received two days later.
