The BP cuff is easy to use. Green, Yellow, Red makes you visually aware of your actual blood pressure if you are not versed in medicine.
And you can add notes like took BP med or forgot BP med so you can keep good notes. The graphs are also a great visual. And customer service is quick and responsive.

I purchased my monitor in August 2023. The armband was defective, and needed to be replaced. Customer service was fantastic! I provided them with a copy of my Amazon receipt and they sent a replacement. I like the unit. It's easy to use in the app is great for tracking my info.

Amazingly quick response to my information request. I use the I Health BP Heart Model 550BT. This product is a Very Reasonably Priced personal medical device with Highly Advanced Technology; A True Life & Game Changer for all heart patients, like me. It is so easy to set-up, not complicated to use, received proper size cuff AND NO PAPER BLOOD PRESSURE LOG is necessary anymore!!! I can send all BP readings to my cardiologist. AWESOME Staff, Technology, Product & Company!!

Pulse Oximeter started acting up past usual Amazon return date. Rixi L. provided very responsive customer service and promptly provided a replacement as the device was less than a year old. Some of the reviews I read was a nightmare however, thats wasn't my experience. I received a call back immediately, within the hour that I made the call. The rep was courtesy, resourceful, and kind 😇

I was working with 1 of the tech support reps at iHealth and they could not get my Track reconnected, it was working fine before. I was then passed on to Dave and he not only got me connected but suggested that we test it to make sure it was working correctly. He gave me some tips on how to get better blood pressure readings and they came down by 20-30 points. Thanks Dave

The iHealth blood pressure monitor does not work properly! It fluctuate within a wide range showing inaccurate reading! Do not buy this monitor! Rating - 100.

I purchased the blood glucose monitor and the day after I ordered it I went back to cancel the order but was told it had already shipped and was told after I received it I could simply return it for a refund I just had to ask for a return label. But do not believe them for 2 weeks I have been trying to get a return label but all I get is a run around be very careful doing business with this co.
