I ordered OEM Canon PG-295/CL-286 (6196C004) High Yield Value Pack Ink Cartridge and the company sent me the incorrect cartridges.

I didn’t open this right away and assumed they sent me what I ordered. I went to replace my ink and what they sent is incompatible. Even though this is entirely their fault (which they acknowledged in my emails with customer service), they will not make it right because I’m past 30 days. I am out $100 because of the company’s error. I will not use this company again.

I ordered a low cost version of ink for my Epson Eco Tank printer. My order came quickly and has worked great so far. It was easy to pour the ink into the tanks, and there were no drips at all. I would recommend inkcartidges.com to anyone who doesn't want to pay the high cost of name brand ink.

Updated: after this review went live: I suddenly got a response and they offered to send me a free ink cartridge. I changed the number of stars because of their response but I don’t know if I would have got a response if I didn’t post this review.

Start of original review:One of the cartridges I bought went bad while in the printer. The HP Scan Doctor ap said it had to be replaced because it was damaged. I told the customer service agent and all she did was ask how many pages I have printed. My printer is old and doesn't have a way to keep track of the number of pages but she wouldn't listen. The last time it printed there was plenty of ink. And I left a message on the website but no one bothered to contact me. Also, I placed an order when it happened and the shipping is taking forever even though it is shipping from southern california to southern california. I won't use this company again. It has gone down hill. Very disappointed after years of using them. I also regret placing the order with them as I cannot return it without paying for shipping. Should have just bought it from Amazon.

Ink Cartridges give pretty good discounts on a regular basis if you buy 3 or more cartridges. Items arrive within a week. If I receive one that doesn't work, they take my honest word for it & replace it in a timely manner. I've been buying from them for years.
