0nline reviews per InkCatridges.com are glowing but in reality these reviews prove totally bogus. Raves regarding rapid shipping>>>>>>OH YEAH<<<<<< not so much. Over a week for simple delivery by slowest possible shipping choice. THANKS SHIPPING DEPARTMENT. First and last order from me.

I can honestly tell you that things have changed for the better over time when I look at all of the previous reviews and what I've been dealing with for two years (total of 13 orders so far).
To start, I've never had an issue with their customer service. I've communicated with them via email and over the phone, and never had any issues whatsoever. Extremely nice and efficient personnel - They will get you assisted quickly with a positive attitude.
When it comes to their cartridges, and I'm going to compare this to other places that have similar products, they have the same reliability as what other companies offer. If you order frequently from them like we do, you will get the occasional toner that has a bad drum. They have absolutely NO issues replacing these cartridges when you run into them! Their ink cartridges, too, are typically error-free and I've never run into that weird issue of, "these cartridges are for a different country" that I've run into with cartridges from other companies.
The shipping times that we have always received have been spot-on, too. Mind you, if you live in the country, there is a possibility of a 1-day delay if your package is being handed off to USPS for delivery. They do provide you with the tracking number so that you can see where your package(s) is/are at.
I can personally attest that you won't go wrong with these guys, and it's actually safer and WAY better to order from inkcartridges.com rather than something like Walmart.com or Amazon.com .

Do not do business with this company under any circumstances. I Paid for ink they never sent to me and the company refused to refund my money. The customer service is rude and awful as well.

This online business seems to have all the office material at a cheap price. My fault is I did not read the other reviews about this company. I purchased ink for my printer and I never received it by the mailman. I think the mailman left it to the wrong address, anyway, I let this company know about it and I immediately ask for a refund. I could not believe all the run around the customer service rep gave me before I got my refund. I tell you what I stayed on them until I received my full refund from them. The customer services were as bad as the weather Greenville, NC had earlier this month. I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything. Stay away as far as you can and search for another office material item somewhere else. Seriously!!! After I finally got my refund, they had the nerve to offer 20% off my next order, like that will ever happen, with free shipping. I had free shipping in the first place. They could have offered me something more profound like a free ink for my printer. The customer service is wack and seems like they don't know they are doing. Stay away if you can. Another thing, I thought since it was not my fault but their postal service they chose to deliver my order, I would be credited immediately, instead, they gave me all the conversation in an email but my refund in a timely manner. I was starting to think they were scamming me but they are not just unprofessional customer services idiots. What a shame.

Ordered Panasonic cartridge. Promised 5 day delivery. After 9 days and no product, contacts by chat, email, and phone got NO information except 3d party was shipping. Finally cancelled and ordered from a competitor.
Don't waste your time on this site if you can find what you want anywhere else!
