I am rating my experience with Ink Cartridges as excellent because 1) the quality of the product is comparable to brand-name products, 2) the price makes it a great value, and 3) whenever I have had any problem with the cartridges, they have immediately replaced them.

I thought I was ordering toner. When I realized that the product sold to me was a printer part, not toner, I wrote requesting an exchange for toner. They said since I had opened it, in spite of no damage to the product, they would not exchange for toner, no restock option, nothing.

Online ordering was easy and efficient. Items were delivered in a timely manner.

It got here when it was said to as promised

I’ve used ink cartridges for years and have always had prompt service and delivery and never had an issue from a quality standpoint. Excellent!

I have been a customer for quite a while and have had no problems.
Last order I placed was a few months ago for 2 black refills.
Opened the box today and they sent 2 COLOR refills!
Called customer service to let them know, but they refused to replace them, as they were out of the 30 day warrantee.
They said that I should have opened the box when it arrived and made sure I received what I ordered.
I guess it's my responsibility to make sure they did their job properly.
Won't be doing business with them anymore. For 2 little cartridges, they lost a customer.

Fast service great prices

I ordered a full set of 4 large capacity refills. Only got two refills and when I called they said other refills would come in a couple weeks. Still waiting and by now I'm sure they hoodwinked me out of 32.19. Buyer beware and warned.

The customer service representative was knowledgeable of my return of cartages. My present printer quick working after I ordered. She was understandable and has sent instruction, via email, so that I can return.

I had a problem with my printer recognizing the.ink cartridge. The person I spoke with was very helpful. My cartridge was replaced.with no.problem. I had my son try with the replacement one. But still a problem. Son suggesting that probably time to replace the printer.

Great products and service. Out of all the cartridges we have bought we only had one that did not work and they replaced it promptly.

ZERO star rating. Do NOT buy from inkcartridges.com – they are thieves. They sent me an 18-month expired cartridge (date printed right on the box). Multiple customer service agents gave me the same, well-rehearsed excuse and refused to send a new cartridge. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is a blatant lie.

Wish i could give minus stars. I had about 15 cartridges. After a cartridge leaked and ruined the printer, i had to purchase a new one. I was told by inkcartridges i could return them for refund or credit. I mailed cartridges priority so i know they were received. They never let me know. I was told i had a credit- i requested a refund. They kept telling me they needed to check with accounting- about 20 times over 5 months😣. I got a partial refund and then had to fight for complete refund. They refunded me a bit more, and i’ll lose the rest. Just can’t deal with them anymore😵‍💫

Won't order from again! Constantly get emails with "sales" and free shipping so we were needing cartridges for our business and I ordered. Confirmation said we'd receive in 1-4 business days, but then I never received tracking or anything that stated they were on the way. After several days (5), I called and was told they were on "backorder" and it would be 1-2 weeks! So, I said that I wanted the order cancelled and a refund. Was told I would. We needed them in 1-4 days, not 2 weeks!! After 5 more days go by with no refund, I contacted again and was told they were on the way!! So basically I was lied to the first time!! Will NOT be ordering from this company again!!
