In my opinion, this company operates as if they're about to go out of business. Very shady. Beware!

You can read the recent reviews. They won't reveal when items are out of stock or on back order. Website promises "in stock" and touts 4 business day delivery. They charge your card in full but don't have the product! Nothing on the purchase receipt indicates any delay or problem and there wasn't any further communication. Shipment just didn't arrive!

I contacted them and they said they had no idea when I'd receive my cartridge. It would likely be weeks or months. "it's on backorder" "our systems are experiencing problems" Their reasons changed every time I contacted them.

One rep claimed they don't charge the customer's credit card until the items ship. They charged my card in full the second I ordered.

Basically I paid in full for product they claimed to have, but didn't and now say they can't get. But they're still holding my money. Seems scammy to me.

They also falsify their BBB rating on their website: the BBB icon shows "A+" but they actually earned an "F"

Steer clear of this company.

Everything shows as available and EVERYTHING is backorder, tried 3 times, almost a month all of them. Never more

I needed to get a new printer that didn’t take the epson cartridges i had from them in part i needed a new printer because their cartridge leaked- i had as told in could send back cartridges for replacement, refund or credit. I sent the priority and didn’t hear from them. When i inquired i was told they were received snd i was given a store credit. They ate giving me a run around about a refund, as requested. Horrible customer service!

The $99 9-cartridge set I ordered that was "GUARANTEED" to work with Epson Workforce 2930 does NOT work and there is no way to reach their customer service desk. This is 100% a scam. DO NOT order from these people.

Ordered 2 HP brand cartridges January 22, 2024, after 3 weeks, checked order status online, says "processing". Tried calling, long hold times, so requested call backs twice-as per their phone system prompt. Nobody called me back. I received an email the next day saying it was backordered, and it would ship in 1-2 weeks. I replied requesting a full refund as there was no communication or updates, and I need them now, in addition to being out of pocket nearly $300 with no end to this in sight.
The website claims same day shipping with 1-4 day shipping times...great, this is not the case in my situation. Their terms ALSO indicate order cancellation is possible as long as the item has not been shipped yet. They refuse, say they have policies on their end. Why?? This item has not been shipped yet. They want me to wait 5 more days until customer service receives a response from their shipping center??

This is for our business, we go through A LOT of ink, and we will never order from here again.

I have ordered from them 4 times now and every time the order is shipped quickly and get exactly what I have ordered.

SSSLLLOOOWWW! no phone help. can't log on. won't call back. 8days no ink. Fool me once! bye bye $58

The reasons for my negative review: 1) I ordered and was charged for high yield cartridges but received regular cartridges instead. 2) Their site lists no return or refund policy, but only a customer service number. 3) I've called that number five times and then put on endless hold every time. Twice I've left a message and once pressed 1 to be put on a call back queue, with no results. Clearly I can't expect a refund or exchange from this exitrable organization; so I guess I'll just bite the bullet, take the small financial loss, and never deal with them again.

2nd time to order and I am because these cartridges are as good if not better than the HP cartridges from OfficeMax or Office depot. Very good quality which I give 5 *.

Customer service is a joke and the Email response is terrible.
Their remanufactured cartridges for my HP4650 did not work. Still trying to get a refund !!!

I purchased 3 color and 1 black ink cartridge from them. I had to go back and forth with emails and finally they sent me the color cartridges 2 in one shipment and 1 in the other, This was after 6 weeks and several emails. They then asked me if I wanted to get a refund for the black cartridge which I told them I will, It is now 8 weeks later and NO black ink cartridge and NO refund!!! I tried calling the 800 number and of course on hold forever! Seriously stay away from them. Like the saying goes....."Learn from my mistake". I disputed with Paypal and won the dispute.

If you are in a hurry, buy your ink someplace else. Really.

I placed an order for 9 cartridges 4 weeks ago. 6 of them finally arrived. But what happened to the other three? After going through the time consuming process of contacting them I was told that this was 'split' order and was assured the others were coming. Thanks for letting me know /s. I still haven't received a tracking number. I suspect the other cartridges haven't even been manufactured yet in a Chinese factory. Do I really have to contact my bank and to get a charge back?

If I could give zero (or even negative) stars, that would be more apt.

Seller's website indicated items purchased were in stock and claims they would be shipped same day. Aside from a confirmation of the order itself, received via e-mail, seller provided zero information about the order after it was placed. Needless to say, the products have not arrived. Seller does not respond to messages sent via its website and does not answer its phones or return phone messages. There is no update about the order on the website. As far as I can tell, the seller no longer exists.

I was looking for ink for my Epson 7800 roll printer. One of the search returns was InkCartridges.com. After ordering on 12/20 I was contacted to be informed that the "items were not in stock and it would be 1-2 weeks to get them" I agreed and waited. No movement after 2 week in the order status. Tried to email, no response. Tried calling on 1/6. Incessant hold and them offered to leave a message. Was called back and put on hold several time by CSR who was "checking warehouse". Told still not in stock and could be another 1-2 weeks. Cancelled the order with CSR on phone. On 1/9 had not received confirmation of cancellation or notice of refund. Called again. On hold then left message, again. On return call CSR put me on hold again and finally came back to say cancellation was processing. On 1/10 the ink showed up. Cartridges are from Japan, made in Indonesia. Meanwhile I had ordered the ink on Amazon and am now trying to cancel before I end up with a double order.

Utter scam. Ordered the wrong cartridges and made multiple attempts to cancel the order before it was shipped, which were ignored. As soon as they shipped, they acknowledged my requests and made some excuse about system maintenance issues. I returned the order 4 weeks ago and they said it would take up to 15 days to process and refund. NOW - oh we cannot find your returned order, must be waiting to be processed in the warehouse. AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS. Filing a BBB report as well, but doubt it will do any good.

They shipped my order partially. I don't really have a problem with order errors. They happen. But expecting a customer to pay to expedite the missing product? That's not a good customer service. They chose to take everything back (and pay for the shipping) than to expedite the missing part.

Would give ZERO IF POSSIBLE. Sent order to wrong address. Won't refund until THIER warehouse acknowledges product was rec'd back. Three weeks later no refund.

They shipped me broken ink cartridges and then refused to refund me - Theses people are complete a$$wipes. InkTechnologies.com is way better.

Unfortunately they do not seem to stand behind their product. Customers must pay for shipping costs even when cartridges seem to be defective. I say ‘seem’ because they made no additional effort to troubleshoot.
