Excellent service and communication from the outset. As the innocent driver hit by a hit and run merchant in Tesco carpark I was lucky to have a witness prepared to testify and innocent driver did the rest without involving my insurance company. Innocent Driver took complete charge of my 'no fault' accident, the first I had been involved in for over 20 years.

Thank you so much to Bex! Honestly, the hard work she has put in to my case to ensure my car was sorted after it had been hit and the driver tried to put some of the blame on me when it really wasn't any fault of mine. Bex went above and beyond and really took a lot of the stress away, chasing/dealing with insurance companies, organising with the repairs garage and sorting out a hire vehicle so that it didn't affect too much of my week whilst it was being fixed. Very fast at responding to any queries or worries I had. It is such a relief to have my car back fixed.
