Does anyone reply emails? Been trying to send in my queries on my products and there's no replies. Ii m quite shocked

I bought a helmet and I've actually lost more hair...I already had a helmet from a different company, and with that one I had very successfully regrown new hair, I only bought a new as it was 7 years old and the wire was splitting.

Problem 1:
I ordered and they added loads to the cart so I ended up spending money I didn't want to.

Problem 2.
The shampoo and conditioner dried my hair out, so I don't use them.

Problem 3
I got charged nearly 1k to get it delivered.

Problem 4
I wrote to them about losing my hair and was ignored

Problem 5
I placed an order for their tablets (as I'm still trying to re grow hair) it said $180, then jumped up to $266 i thought well its just converted the currency...I was wrong. And they took $462.

I have wrote several times asking to cancel this order. With no reply.
I have write to the vice president with no reply.

I won't be accepting this...
I would stay well away

Ease in navigating the website and placing the order. Promptness in receiving the product, received earlier than stated. Reached out as I need larger cushions as the helmet is slightly too big, waiting on those as they are out of stock. Also had questions about how to use the hair serum, the response was quick and very helpful

I bought the bundle, elite, face, and neck/chest but have not used them long enough to assess how well they work.
One opportunity I’ve observed is that the organization doesn’t know what I’ve already bought because I continue to receive emails and texts trying to sell me what I’ve already bought.

Great technology! Ordered the IRestore Professional. It is very comfortable and feels therapeutic to wear.

Great product. The elite is only 12 min a day. 4 stars for value. It’s 2 grand. Overpriced but it’s the best product out there.

Everything was delivered in a timely manner.

So far the customer service has been wonderful. I have only used the device 3 times so I can not comment on the effectiveness of the product. I have high hopes.

I’ve been using the Itestore laser hair device for over two years and I’m very happy with the results. I also recently needed customer service and was extremely satisfied with a quick resolution and response.

What a scammy company. I bought my essential less than a month ago (plus time to receive) and realized it only does top of scalp and no temples, sides, etc. I reached out to see about sending back to upgrade and they said I would get back half to use toward a new helmet. Are you kidding me? I haven't even had the POS in my possession for a month. I'm not giving it to you for half the price. I'll buy elsewhere and I'll return after the one year for all but restock fee back. Do NOT recommend.

I haven’t had it long enough to see results but I have had good customer service and the product was delivered quickly. Also it’s super easy and convenient to use.

I purchased 3 different products from irestore site. Other than products being really on the very expensive side in general my experiences were good. Ordering is easy, shipping is smooth, products are very good. Even my husbands bald head started to grow fuzzy hairs. I wish after being on the market long enough & establishing a name, their prices were a bit better. I live in 4 different states & depending on where i go i always carry the gadgets. If they were a bit less expensive, i would have bought separate sets for all my homes.

Ordering unit was easy but actually having the unit shipped was a problem. I thought I’d give iRestore the benefit of the doubt and maybe this was a one off. About 3 weeks later I ordered the pads and checked where my unit was at. I did receive the unit in the next couple days but now I’m waiting for the larger pads. It doesn’t even look like they are in the process of sending those out yet.

UPDATE (by request)
1 day after completing about their shipping delays I now get a message saying my order is on the way. Please update your review. I have a problem with this. I shouldn’t have to update my review at all because the fact is it was still delayed.

Great customer service! Had to return a device and get a replacement. They were very kind, helpful and accommodating. 👍

Bought the helmet in 2024. Used every day for over a year, which made no difference. Asked if I could get a refund and was told I should have made a claim a month prior to the 12th months' anniversary, that's not been made very clear with regards to the return policies at the beginning. Don't buy into hype.

I received your product in a timely manner.
Check back in 6-9 months for a product review.

Sales person was easy to access and answered all my questions. Invoice was sent promptly with instructions. Device arrived securely packaged and as advertised. Easy to use and stores quickly in sturdy original box.

My hair has gotten thicker, family and beautician notice!

I've been using another product that took 74 minutes at three minutes per location. This does it all in ten!! With better frequency. The results are amazing. People are looking at me across the table and saying my skin looks great!!
