After waiting over 8 weeks for my strap to be delivered, it didn't look like the image and in fact was identical to the one I purchased from Temu and was trying to upgrade - only 3x the price at $89.00. The service was all AI so terribly inflexible. The strap is poor quality and not an upgrade at all.
Don't fall for this company's slick marketing and website, they're just a cheap outlet, go straight to Temu and don't pay their inflated prices.

My husband bought me an Apple watch but it need some class to make it look quality and spunky. Rather than the stock band it had on it. Wow I found your site and bought a beautiful coffee copper colour band and honestly it made my watch look completely different. Classy and expensive!! very stylish with all my outfits LOVE IT!! Oh but wait I am now addicted I see your range, so I am in !!

Extremely disappointing experience – would not recommend

I purchased a band from iSTRAP that became faulty after only a very short period of use. (2 weeks) Rather than simply resolving the issue appropriately, I was issued store credit. which is outside of what consumer laws states.

The matter then became a drawn-out process, including having to take the complaint through Fair Trading. While I was waiting for this process to be dealt with, iSTRAP has now advised that the store credit was only valid for 30 days and has expired.

So essentially, I paid for a faulty product, spent considerable time trying to have the issue resolved, and am now being told I have lost the credit because it expired while the dispute was ongoing.

To make matters worse, the store credit apparently cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount. Given the credit was provided because their product was faulty, I don't believe it should be treated like a promotional voucher with restrictive conditions attached.

The whole experience has been unnecessarily frustrating and disappointing. I gave iSTRAP plenty of opportunity to resolve what should have been a very straightforward issue, but instead I have had to continually chase it and escalate the matter.

Based on my experience with their product quality and, more importantly, how they handle problems when something goes wrong, I would not recommend iSTRAP.

Such great Apple watch straps!!! Better than the Apple branded bands!!

Ordering process was great and product is perfect. Time to fulfill was a little bit of a let down.

I purchased something and had a free band as welcome gift then charged me at checkout without notice. They can’t amend order 10 minutes after I purchased even . I won’t use this company ever again as I will spend elsewhere to order bands for my new Apple Watch and for my family.,very dissatisfied. I have to wait till delivered before returning even before any action has been done from company.

The company just said conditions need to be met. Well it was in cart as zero charge then checked out the charge was then there .
They can’t amend order and still not delivered a week and a half later. Not good service

Barely!! A follow up to a previous review I have written about the shocking customer service and no follow up from istrap. An order paid for in May, returned by me promptly, an exchange asked for and refused. So I asked for return of strap . No communication with a human, just a ‘ bot’ and here it is 28/8/26 no strap returned to me as yet. So they have my $129 and my strap! Do not use this company!
Now in the hands of my bank .

Do not buy anything from this website, this is scam, I ordered a sport band for my apple watch 2 weeks ago, however I have not even received a shipping confirmation, I tried to contact with them but AI responded me instead of giving me an actual help, so don’t trust them, you will end up losing your money

Do not buy from these people, took over 3 weeks to receive a simple band and the packaging came damaged as they packed it in a plastic bag - sent it back for return as the colour wasn't right and they rejected it as the packaging was damaged - it's been a month and still haven't received the strap they claim they sent back

Excellent product and very professional service. The tempered glass screen protector fits perfectly and the ordering process was easy. My only suggestion would be to include simple installation instructions for people who haven’t applied a screen protector before. Otherwise, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

Awesome straps

The straps arrived earlier than expected and the sage green, pink and chocolate look great! Bands are comfortable and look the same as an Apple band.

Very nice quality. I bought one strap here at the same time I bought another brand, you can’t compare.! istrap is another level.! Fast delivery, nice color Prussian Blue Ocean Band for Apple Ultra 3.

what a gem'of a strap

Do not buy from this shop, it’s a scam. My order was shipped a month later after order was placed. Followed up multiple times during the one month wait, and got an auto reply each time, told me that I’m still in the queue. When asked to provide an ETA as I was going away shortly and will likely to miss the delivery, was told again that they don’t have an ETA and refused to refund even though it has been almost a month and no update can be provided what so ever.

Of course they shipped my order after I have gone on my holiday. Parcel got taken to a post office and couldn’t get collected in time as I was away, then got returned to sender. When I contacted the seller after I have returned home, I was then told that they will only issue me a store credit, with a restocking fee deducted, because I was the one in fault, that I couldn’t collect the parcel in time and they have done everything right, e.g. provided shipping information and everything, that I could have redirected the parcel or do something else to avoid it, despite how many times I have followed up, told them I was going away, and got absolutely nothing from them. I was expected by the seller to constantly monitoring my order status and work around them while I was overseas.

So here I am after over $100 spent on their product, weeks of waiting, multiple follow ups, nothing was received, but got charged a restocking fee instead. I don’t know how they can get away with this for so long, but I need to let everyone know to stay away from this shop, so at least you don’t get scammed like me.

Purchased a Milanese watch strap, it broke for no reason, appears the band has unclamped/unglued from the piece that connects to the watch. Luckily I was sitting at a table when it happened, which stopped the watch from falling to the ground and prevented damage. iStrap has admitted the band is faulty, but refused a refund and only offers a gift card to purchase another one of their low quality products. This is against Australian Consumer Rights and despite advising them of this, they refuse to offer a refund. I also purchased a braided and leather band, both are low quality and I would not recommend their products. Update - The below reply from iStrap doesn’t fit what I’ve described and is completely incorrect. Don’t shop with them.

Bought the Apple Watch solo loop band. Delivered promptly. The band is good quality, and fits the watch and my wrist perfectly. Good product.
