Band broke after 7 months of normal use
Band broke at the connector point after just a couple of months of normal everyday use. When I raised a warranty claim, it was declined with a generic response saying it was caused by 'stress during wear or installation' with no real evidence to back that up. Disappointing product quality and even more disappointing customer service. Would think twice before buying again.

If I could give these arrogant con artists less than one star I would.
Awful customer service, lied about fast shipping. Took 10 days to even send it and ignored my request to cancel after 1 week.
Items arrived and the watch band immediately got jammed in my brand new iwatch, broke the band and watch trying to get it out.
Protector wasn’t what I was expecting left it in the packet and requested a refund via a web form as was requested and that was flat out declined.
Terrible, terrible company who need a visit from the ACCC.

Your order was dispatched within our stated handling timeframe. Once an order enters processing, we’re unfortunately unable to amend or cancel it.
Regarding your watch band, our team carefully reviewed the warranty claim and found from the images and description that was provided, that the damage occurred during use. While we stand behind the quality of our products, damage resulting from use isn’t covered under warranty.
With your screen protector, we were able to confirm that the item you received was the correct item as advertised. We did offer to assist with a return for the unused item, however, this was refused.

This business is a scam
This business is a scam. Buyers be aware. My first shipment was lost, and I was offered a store credit. they refused to offer cash refund. I used the store credit to make another purchase, but I have never heard of any shipment update even after 3 weeks. I requested refund but was rejected, then never heard from them. I don't understand why we should pay for something which will never be delivered. total scam and money lost. This business does not even provide a registered name or phone number.

iStrap Case Protector…
I purchased the iStrap Case Protector ($39.99) to keep my Apple Watch safe, but the build quality is underwhelming. After very light use/normal use, the case showed significant scratching and wear. When I reached out to support, I was told this is "by design" to protect the watch. While I understand the concept of a sacrificial barrier, the material used here degrades far too quickly for a premium-priced accessory. For $40, I expected a more durable finish. Customer service offered no resolution other than suggesting I buy a different product (the Bumper Case). I’d recommend looking elsewhere for better durability.

The wear visible on your Case Protector is consistent with surface wear that can occur depending on how the product comes into contact with external surfaces during use. This type of wear is not considered a manufacturing fault. The purpose of the Case Protector is to absorb this type of contact in order to protect the Apple Watch underneath.

You know you’ve made a mistake when the first email tells you this is gonna take a while. And so it has, here I am weeks after I placed my order and the only thing I’ve received is an email. Absolute waste of time. I’ve gone elsewhere and paid again as I needed a watch band.

Dodgy goods, advertising and no return or refund
I should have read these reviews before purchasing.
Company refused to receive a return on a metal watch band that clearly won’t fit a small wrist, even with links removed. This was not pointed out on advertising. As item was a “sale” item they claim it’s not their policy to return unfit goods or refund.
Blatantly dishonest and deceptive conduct. Avoid them like the plague.

If I could give 0 I would, as a once regular buyer this time. I had a very disappointing experience with iStrap regarding an exchange request. I purchased a product based on their sizing chart, which turned out to be inaccurate, and the item I received was too small. I contacted iStrap to request an exchange for the correct size and was even willing to pay the return and postage costs myself.
Despite the correct size NOT being out of stock and the product being unused and in original condition, iStrap refused to offer an exchange solely because the item was purchased “during a sale”. There was no flexibility or genuine attempt to resolve the issue.
Hiding behind a “sale items are final” policy makes zero sense if the product is still available, particularly when the sizing chart was misleading and an exchange (not a refund) would have resolved the issue easily. For a company selling a sizing-dependent product, this approach to customer service is disappointing.
I won’t be purchasing from iStrap again and would advise others to be very cautious when ordering especially during sales.

Disappointing, unhelpful service
I’ve unfortunately had a really disappointing experience with istrap. After receiving three watch bands which were unfortunately too small, I tried exchanging under their ‘love it or swap it’ policy. I was told by their support team that ‘promotional’ orders are not eligible for returns. Bearing in mind that I paid full price for all three watch straps and only paid half price for a screen protector (which turned out to be awful quality and was chipped and cracked within a day) - a saving of less than $10. At the time I tried exchanging these straps, I rebutted their unhelpful email with their own policy which they have since (deceitfully) taken off their website: “items received free as part of a promotion cannot be returned or exchanged”. Not mentioning items that have been paid full price for. They did not respond. I was only wanting to exchange these watch straps for a different size but instead, was met with extremely disappointing, unhelpful service.
