First time shopping experience with this company all good - ordered/arrived timely/no concerns.
Second time purchase polar opposite and I am furious.
So I ordered an apple band S/M size on 29 Nov 24 Order #7242171. Band arrived and realised I needed M/L so submitted the return request to simply exchange the size and received ‘approval’ back two days later. Paid the $10 (???) to return it, plus additional postage. It is now early January and I still do not have the band?
So they have my money, their product and I have nothing but frustration in attempts to find out why? I have submitted numerous requests via the ‘contact us’ on their website with no response? I replied to their approval email requesting that someone please look into this for me. To not have a phone number that is actually connected for customers to call is ABSURD for a company, in fact I’m not sure they even understand what customer satisfaction is? Since my second time purchasing I have only read negative reviews so the volume of this feedback is surely enough for in house improvements?!?!
There is apparently offices in Melbourne and Sydney and I’m curious why there would not be a contact centre other than through the website?
I feel cheated and I will share my experience through various platforms to ensure anyone rethinks their decision to purchase from iStrap to avoid disappointment.

PLEASE can I have my strap?

Finally after 21 emails to iStrap they acknowledge they did in fact receive the strap back on 13 Dec 24 and apparently my exchange was to be processed as priority?

On 25 Jan I received confirmation that the return is complete (paying another $10) and has been processed - the website notes it can take up 10 days to receive the exchanged item - today (14/2) is day 15 and I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE CORRECT STRAP. Not sure ‘priority’ is understood?!?!

I will not not stop (Rachel) to pursue what is RIGHTFULLY MINE!

I love i-strap as they are always there when I need them and have a strap emergency. My strap broke just after Christmas and I have an emergency strap, but it is awful (not i-strap) and I could not bare it any longer. I put in an order and my new strap and catch protection was here in TWO days! Who could ask for more.

I got 2 straps and a couple screen protectors. All are great quality.

My order was placed on the 15/12/24 and was not delivered until 3/1/25. I was apparently eligible for next day delivery as I purchased 4 straps. When I e-mailed the company it was just a generic response “you ordered on a Sunday so we don’t ship next day” but that doesn’t explain 19 days.

Very easy to order and was delivered very promptly. This was not my first purchase from I strap and I’m sure it won’t be the last.

Great products, quick delivery and really pretty packaging! Love the band and bumper protector. Getting a watch band for half the price of the authentic apple one.

While the strap is fine, the packaging is a disaster. Over the top, waste of materials, and sent to me in a carton which would hold twenty of the OTT boxes
