Love my straps can easily match them with my outfits

Long term customer, I decided to branch out and chose a different style Apple watch band from istrap. Although I read the description and followed the sizing instructions, my band arrived extremely too small. To exchange the item, I’ll have to pay for postage for the return and for the sending of the new item! This was not clear on purchase and not common practice by other companies. I won’t be purchasing again.

Great quality strap. Everyone makes comments about it. Wish there was more than one size though as I would definitely prefer a shorter strap but great product nonetheless

Green strap and black case came quickly and have been treating me very well! Fits my small wrists so much better than the original apple ones and they look great. Very happy with the case too as it’s not bulky and has protected my screen from many scratches.

Easy to use site with a huge range of strap types and colours, quick response to my order and my strap is very comfortable.

Company should scrap the love it or swap it policy and have a return for refund. My strap is useless. Equal to Temu or AliExpress quality, has a kink in the of the magnets, so the strap doesn’t lie flat. They said this will flatten out - no it won’t. It’s a magnet. Magnet don’t flatten out their magnetism.

Worse still, they closed my return case cos they “resolved” the issue. So even if I want to “swap it” I couldn’t because the closed it. Contacting them is not easy either, it’s just an AI bot.

Contact your bank for a refund and submit all documents and evidence you’ve tried to resolve it with them and they’ll put a claim in for you.

They’re a scammer and know how to game the system, cos my bank paid me back but iStrap still keeps my money.

I bet they’ll just reply to this review with a standard statement of love or or swap it policy. It’s junk. The company director must be laughing tho. Well done soldier boy.

My response to their response: strap is magnetic and there is a kink that doesn’t not flatten. What other way can I put it on? It’s magnetic, there only one way and it causes a kink. They closed my warranty claim before I could reply to choose a replacement. Because when I tried raising a new warranty claim it wouldn’t let me. So even I wanted to swap it, I can’t. There’s no way. And they provide no refund options because they stand by their claim that I’m wrong in how I wear it. My cheap Temu/aliepxress straps are the same quality as theirs and also has a kink. If I wanted the kink, then I’ll pay $20 to AliExpress instead of iStrap’: $80 asking price. The only brand that doesn’t cause a kink is apple’s. Keep laughing with my money fellas.
