Avoid at all costs. Like many others I ordered items which took ages to arrive, were very poor quality and when I tried to return got a list of excuses and an offer of a 30% refund, which I don’t believe would ever arrive if I did accept. This is a total scam operation, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I am reporting them to Trading Standards.

Would be 0 if I could. Total scam products are terrible and they are refusing a return because the warehouse has miraculously moved from London to somewhere abroad so returns are very expensive. They offered a credit note but hell no, the products are awful. Then they offered 30% then 50% refund because apparently sale are non returnable but there's no mention of a sale on the website. I'm going to go to my credit card company and hopefully get this sorted. Do yourself a favour and buy from somewhere else

Avoid! I had to resort to credit card charge-back.
The wrong item was delivered direct from China. I informed them the following day and sent the photos they requested. They then used excuses to delay replacement and only responded when chased, eventually offering 20% refund and saying out of time for refund.

If I could give zero stars to this company, I would.
I ordered two sets of lights, but they weren't suitable for the room I contacted customer service and they asked for photos of the products, to which I obliged, even though we'd only opened one of each wall light and immediately decided against them
I followed their customer service instructions on returning the product, gave them the tracking number and photo proof of delivery in July. It's not the end of August, they've gone silent on me and not refunded the £400 I spent on product I returned.
Avoid like the plague.

Scam! Sells knock off items and doesnt refund you but makes you send item back

Avoid this scam company at all costs! You purchase one thing online and end up receiving a knock off product, delivered in a damaged box. Then good luck trying to get a refund from them, they will try every option other than giving you the refund which you are legally entitled to!
Still waiting for my full refund after I paid for tracking to send the item back to them, so not only am I out of pocket for the money that I spend on the product but also money out of the tracked delivery that I paid for. Which has been delivered and signed for by them!

Said they send me a refund three weeks ago and I’ve ignored every email since do not order a scam company

Bladeless fan worked OK 3 times. 4th time switched off with strong smell of burning. 3 emails sent but no reply. Strangely my poor review hasn't appeared on website. Avoid this company

This item arrived bashed and battered - nothing like the item shown on their website- utter shite!! Straight from China. Will be reporting to trading standards.

Ordered an item, a month later still not arrived, finally got tracking info and the goods coming straight from China

Wish I had not trusted this place with my order. The item has not arrived, no tracking information available, contact number is a mobile, replies to my e mails are all virtually the same, no answer to my specific questions. It’s now obvious that they do not supply but simply order from overseas. Very disappointed to say the least.
Waste of time and money - don’t use them!

Do not buy from this company! They do not hold anything in stock. If they ship, it's shipped from China. I ordered two lights. 1 arrived. I keep chasing for the second one, but still nothing, just promises. 1 month later, I still don't have the second light!

Very happy with my order and the delivery was on time also the customer service was very helpful

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The quality of the bespoke light fitting exceeded my expectations, with incredible attention to detail and craftsmanship. Communication was excellent throughout, and everything was delivered exactly as promised. Completely wrong item recieved, looks nothing similar to what was advertised, stay well clear

I’m not happy to get to the point where I need to write a negative review for an independent retailer but sadly I think others need to be warned. The delivery took approx 3 weeks and came direct from China so not the 2/3 days they advertise. It arrived broken and they do not answer the phone and answer emails very slowly. The suggested answer to my broken light is I go to a local glass supplier and buy the bit of broken glass and they will refund half the cost of the item. With regret I have had to issue a charge back as their behaviour is at best naive and at worst is just a scam.
