Delivery Options
Disappointed that the delivery options weren’t clearer. It was only when I’ve got the confirmation email that it stated delivery is 7-10 days so unlikely to get here for Christmas. I would have paid for express delivery if it had been made clear but I wasn’t given the option

Jollimans did not explain delay …
Jollimans did not explain delay or out of stock. They use Amazon to deliver who delegated my delivery to New World N,W. Order placed 25th Nov. still not delivered today 4th Dec. no explanation from Jollimans or Amazon. . Simple " running late " from New World. Poor delivery methods and communication. I appreciate Christmas rush. I don't appreciate being left in the dark.
