I purchased a new Magimix Vision toaster, to replace an older one that had served us well for 16 years. This was the most competitive price I found, and the service nand delivery time was exemplary.

I purchase a Nespresso coffee machine from them which was delivered end of September 2025, I paid £189 for it. After less than 10 months of use, it started leaking really badly in 2 different places and making a really loud noise despite following the operational & care instructions. I raised this with Juicers immediately and they told me to contact Nespresso directly. Unfortunately, I cannot get it processed as the serial number on the machine is not even recognised by Nespresso which I find really frustrating but also suspicious about the machine provenance or origin ! Juicers answer to my issue is to package the item and mail it to them at my own cost without even knowing if I will get a refund or replacement which of course I am appalled at especially with an item which is still under warranty, they tell me this is a 'gesture of good will' on their part!! Seriously, this is totally unacceptable and no professional attempt to make it up to me as a customer, AVOID buying from them is my advice from experience! Furthermore in response to their reply below, they fail to mention that the shipping costs of the faulty machine are my responsibility and they also only came up with offering a service replacement machine only after I published / posted my review about them..

I'd never heard if this company before and it was selling Kitchen Aid mixers at the best price I could find on the Internet. This made me extremely reluctant to purchase it but thought I'd take a chance.
Well I'm so glad I did!! The service was excellent from start to finish.
It came next day delivery with Dpd and was tracked all the way.
The mixer is absolutely amazing and I couldn't be happier with my product or service from Juicers.

I purchased a blender from them and then quickly changed my mind about the colour so I sent them an email on the day I purchased it. They quickly got back to me and told me they were going to send me the correct one and they did and it came quickly.

indestructible piece of kit, built to last and very different to a Nutri Bullet which is good but this the Vitamix is like a Ferrari.

Its a pretty good product, admittedly hard to use correctly during a heat wave (defrost times may vary it seems) but otherwise good stuff.

I purchased a Hurom H400 2 years ago. The very small black plastic latch that secures the waste split. It wasn't forced as the company told me. The warranty is useless. It's just cost me £26 for a tiny piece of plastic. I expected better customer service after paying over £500 for the machine around two years ago.

Very happy with the whole process of purchasing my Ankarsrum Sunbeam Yellow. I haven't used it yet as still organising my kitchen. Really looking forward to it.
