Juicers were further down my web search than the usual suspects, but their price was very competitive. I was, initially, wary but decided to order from them. My experience was top class. I was kept informed at every stage. The Greenpan slowcooker arrived on time and within two working days. It was very well packaged and it was accompanied by a Greenpan cookbook.
The product itself is excellent and I am glad I chose it. Yes, it is more expensive than many other slowcookers but it is much better than my previous slowcooker as well as pfas, pfos and pfoa free.
I would definitely order from Juicers again.

Very pleased with the Mockmill 100. Simple to use. I was surprised how noisy it is when milling but it does not bother me, just mentioning it in case it might be an issue for someone. Delivery was very quick, no issues there

Items arrived on time and well packaged. I’ve bought them to store cooking sauces and pastes (harissa, Thai curry etc) in the fridge as they don’t keep for long in the jars and I thought the vacuum feature would help. Time will tell. I like the fact they are stackable too.

I only came across the Juicers website recently while looking for a Magimix Vision toaster at a good price, as it’s quite an expensive model. The price at Juicers turned out to be excellent, and the toaster arrived within two working days, carefully packaged to protect it from damage. I’m very happy with my purchase. Next time I need a new kitchen appliance, I’ll definitely check their site first!

First time ordering from Juicers and have no complaints at all. I bought a Mockmill flour mill which was competitively priced and delivery to the Scottish Highlands was free and very prompt. Highly recommended, I won't hesitate to order from them again.

I bought a GBP550 Vitamix blender from them. Unfortunately, it arrives with bits of plastic rattling around inside it and around the motor. This cannot have happened in transit since the external body of the unit seems fine. Immediately we emailed the support email. Clearly it needed an immediate undertaking to replace or refund. Four days later and after numerous emails, I have not received that undertaking. For some reason they are contacting Vitamix in the USA. No phone number to call them on or escalation point. Totally unsatisfactory service.

Was delivered when expected, in good order. I thought it was great that a code number was needed to be delivered, so no chance of this expensive mill being delivered to the wrong address.
