Read this company's reviews before buying! I am concerned I have been scammed by this company. I ordered shoes back in November that never arrived. Customer service first tried to tell me that the shoes were a pre-order and have not yet shipped. The shoes were not marked as a pre-order when I made my purchase. When I asked to cancel, Customer Service changed their story and indicated the shoes have shipped, but are struck in customs due to a national strike. I wish I had read all of the reviews complaining about Larroude before I threw away $300.

Not trustworthy seller

I bought a pair of shoes in August and they were way too big and pretty poorly constructed, the return process went smoothly however I only received credit back (my bad for not checking). I’ve recently used that credit for different pair. Still waiting for the shoes, hoping they fit and I don’t have to deal with this company anymore.

The shoes were supposed to ship from New York and it’s been more than a week now and UPS tracking shows the package in customs in Sao Paulo, Basil. I’ve tried to contact them but won’t reply to my emails.

Celebrities and magazines advertising shoes doesn’t mean they are good quality or the seller thrustworthy, I’ve learned my lesson.

Manufacturing & Quality: All of our shoes are thoughtfully designed in New York and handcrafted in Brazil, with a focus on quality, comfort, and care. I'm sorry to hear that your first pair didn’t meet expectations.

Shipping Location: While we do ship some styles directly from New York, others — especially may ship from Brazil, which can involve customs clearance. That seems to be the case with your current order.

Support: I’m very sorry if your emails haven't been answered. That’s not the experience we aim to provide. Could you please share your order number and the email address used at checkout? I’ll personally look to investigate why that happened.

I wonder if the company is legitimate

I wonder if the company is legitimate!
Their website says same day dispatch (orders pre 1pm) and 3 day UPS delivery. I placed the same order twice, 20 days later, still a no show. I keep getting fraudulent emails about some $80 store credit that I have to immediately use because it expires. Fake.
Type "shipping" on the website search box, it comes up with odd items they don't sell (it's a shoe company) selling from $7000 bracelets to $40 game pads.
I can only assume it's either a dodgy business or their web security is sh$t and someone has tapped into it and is phishing.
People be aware!
