If I could rate zero stars I would. A terrible company. Avoid at all costs. Do not buy! Bought a handbag. Zip was broken. They only offered a 10% refund. Although they have a British address, all goods come from China. They discourage you from returning goods. All postage is at customer’s expense. They just repeat offer of 10% money back. Bought a hoodie too. I checked size chart and ordered small. When I measured it, it was 50” chest! They were not interested when I said they’d sent wrong size. Again they offered me 10% refund/wanted me to pay to return it and for a new one to be posted from China. There are no labels in it to say what it’s made of or washing instructions. That would be illegal in uk. Numerous emails back and forth but they were not prepared to help. Terrible company.
So after my Trust Pilot review they came back with “reach out to us” for a resolution. But they won’t resolve. They just make same offer as their last offer. Disgraceful. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I really wish I had read the reviews. I am trying to return an unsuitable and damaged item and they are being extremely obstructive looking for unnecessary information to put me off pursuing the return.
Would recommend that everyone avoid this company. Wish I could give minus 5 stars. Lesson learned

Terrible shopping experience. The shirts were advertised as linen but were in fact cheap polyester. Trying to get a refund but the company are shocking. Never ever buy anything from them.

If i could give 0 stars i would!!! Absolutely shocking!! Nowhere do they mention it is from China and not UK!! No UK plug!! Took 3 weeks to arrive!! I only ordered as there office was showing in London with a UK mobile number! They never answer the phone!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

Do not and I mean do not use this website. Absolute scam. Still waiting for my delivery 3 weeks later with absolutely no help from the company. I don’t believe it will actually turn up. I will however fight for a refund

Please avoid this website like a plague! Pictures on website exaggerates the quality of items, items are poor quality. They deliver goods from China though stated on their website that office is in Uk. They stated refund policy exist but it’s a scam once you’d request for return and refund they tell you you’d have to return to China

This is a company delivering direct from China. Goods were not as described and faulty. Tried to tell me I wasn't entitled to a refund despite UK consumer law. Avoid if you don't want the hassle of fighting for your money back

Avoid using this company - I ordered online - one day later they stated item not in stock and for me to pick another item for the same value. I cancelled the order and requested refund. Customer service replied a day later (with poor english) stated they would contact relevant authority (??) and would be in touch in due course! - Then two days later email received stating back in stock..I have stated twice now that the order is cancelled and to refund my monies back to my card. I have now placed the matter with Trading standards.

Deze bedrijf is het zelfde als Luxiv. Aub oppassen, en niks bestellen via deze bedrijven. Ze zijn gewoon oplichters van de eerste categorie. Ik heb afgelopen mei een smart horloge besteld en betaald, en sindsdien niets meer van het bedrijf gehoord. Dus niks ontvangen, en elke poging die ik probeer voor een restitutie, wordt niet beantwoord.

Waste of time and money.
Ordered a jacket, following their size guide., which stated their XXL was equivalent to UK Size 16. The jacket was of moderate quality and MUCH bigger than UK size 16. Their "customer service" insisted that any returns must be by tracked delivery to Hunan state China! There is no mention of this on their website, which gave contact details as Shelton Street London.

Retourneren zeer slecht geregeld
Retourneren van spullen zeer zeer slecht geregeld. Uiteindelijk wordt je voor het blok gezet dat je verzendkosten hoger zijn dan de kosten van het product waardoor je het opgeeft! Kijkend naar de betaalgegevens zie je de naam WOWKIO ECOM LIMITED . Mogelijk komt die troep uit China wat je aan de webshop niet ziet!
