Crooks. Ordered “genuine premium leather sandals,” at a big discount, it has to be said, but the photo showed sandals apparently leather uppers, and sole. Cheap, nasty obviously PVC, when delivered. Pointless ping-pong of messages regarding Trades Descriptions Act and refund. Total scam. Even the design was different to the picture and description. AVOID!

SCAMMERS ..... DO NOT BUY!!!! The net is closing in on these vile despicable thieves trading as Lasmir. If you already have purchased and have paid by Paypal - PayPal WILL refund you instantly after submitting your claim; most likely they are being inundated with refund requests. Lasmir have no intention of accepting returns. Their replies are computer-generated and do not address any specific issues just offer a 10% discount. Their impressive website is a web of lies. Their prestigious registered London address is fake; it's an address where you can rent a postal box for £39 pa. They are based in China. I purchased a relaxed fitting"Cashmere" jumper - looked amazing in the photos but what I received was a cheap and nasty ACRYLIC tube-like skinny-rib jumper that looked as if it had been machined by 5 year old - absolute TAT!!!!! No doubt "good" reviews will soon be appearing on this site getting their ratings up from 1.3 ...... written by THEMSELVES!!!!!

Do not use Lasmir as they not to be trusted
This company has no intention of giving a full refund for faulty merchandise. They claim to be customer friendly but are only money friendly to themselves. They will offer you a 30% partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. The goodwill is that Lasmir get 70% of your money for faulty goods that they have supplied which took a month to arrive from China.
Lasmir on reading my Trustpilot review asked me to contact them via the standard Email address & I got the same reply which may as well have been from a robot also looking forward to me dealing with them again. You are nt dealing with humans at Lasmir.

I bought a “titanium” chopping board. It’s certainly not titanium just cheap Chinese steel.
They don’t answer emails when you complain.
Going to report them to Trading Standards and get them to examine the metal. False advertising by LASMIR.

Terrible company. Sends faulty item then says instead of refund they will give 40 percent off another item. Say they sent the correct item so they can’t accept a return. Then when I insisted gave a china address and said it’s likely to go missing in transit. I say as its faulty they need to arrange to collect. Then they offered a 15 percent refund. I’m now going through my bank.

Wouldn’t even give it the 1 star if I could. Worst quality ever and badly finished. Not fit for purpose, Oversized too.
Offered everything bar a refund. Eventually returned to them at cost of £28.80 (done this to prove a point)
Now taking this up with my card company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM.

Lasmir is a scam
Lasmir is a scam, the cat tracker I ordered didnt work, it was cheap and nasty, was a glorified bleeper that just made a noise when the battery was inserted but would not connect to the app (if you can call it thay), 50p worth of tat, they sell for £28.50, the when I informed them they offered a 10% refund and a 15% voucher to spend on there site, what am I going to buy now a dead cat!!!

I bought a set of wooden coat hooks for £58. I ordered them in Beech and walnut wood. However, the ones I received were just walnut. I have asked for a refund and they said that return postage is my responsibility and promptly gave me a return address in CHINA. Obviously the postage will be enormously expensive. They say this is in their terms and conditions. This may be the case, but just because they put it there it does not negate UK consumer law which I beleive states otherwise, when the wrong item is delivered. I shall pursue this. On top of everything Ive said, the item is of very poor quality, and way overpriced. Lasmir.com are complete charlatans

Oh dear, wish I'd read these reviews before I bought as the item is not as described. Bought an item of clothing in a large size (my normal size) but it is nowhere near large. Size guide is inaccurate and it is not as described. Contact with the company is not good, offering me a discount on another item (declined). Hopefully PayPal will help me out as I have had to submit a dispute.

Absolute rip-off. Do not believe description or the pictures on the website the item you receive will be some poorly made Chinese rubbish and will bare no resemblance to the item you have purchased. Plus the item comes with no paperwork making it hard to return.
