Fast approaching 45 years old, this is the first time I’ve ever felt compelled to leave a review — and unfortunately it’s due to repeatedly terrible service from this company.
I ordered an in‑stock part on 11 June 2026 and didn’t receive it until 23 September 2026. That’s over three and a half months for something that was supposedly available at the time of purchase.
Throughout that period I was given multiple promises that the item was being dispatched. When I eventually asked for a refund, I was told one had been issued — it hadn’t.
It’s clear I was simply being strung along until they finally managed to send the order.
I had to borrow a mower for the entire summer season, deal with unnecessary back‑and‑forth emails, and waste time chasing updates that never came.
Customer service is practically non‑existent. Buyer beware.

I have a Snapper lawnmower that's 20 years old so finding parts for it is very limited. Lawnmower parts has never let me down. If they don't have it they'll do their best to source it. Very quick to respond on WhatsApp.

I ordered a part for my ride on mower but I got the wrong part. The description on the website was wrong.
I send the a email - no answear nothing.

Not great on information. Sent me a drive belt instead of a deck belt. Info was wrong on their website. When I pointed it out to them , they didn't want to know anything about it.

Top sellers, ordered a part on a Monday evening, which they had to order in for me. We still had it be Friday morning and Ride on fixed by afternoon. Great delivery time and prices. Will defo be back again.

Only thing I would suggest is maybe you could make it possible to ship to an alternate address to the billing address.

But I sent an email and they sent to the new address without issue.

I bought a battery for my ride on lawnmower. It lasted for less than a year. I was informed that it does not carry a warranty. This was not made clear on purchase. I'm not sure if their other parts carry warranties.

Where able to source a throttle cable for me when all other enquiries failed.
Even kept me up to date when delivery was delayed

These lads have patience of Saints - always very helpful and obliging even when we order the wrong part (or think we ordered the wrong part). Always fast efficient delivery. Have bought a good few items and never had an issue with quality, service or delivery.

I ordered two sets of wheel bushings for my tractor mower. Pack arrived quickly which was good but there was only 1 set and not the 2 that I ordered and paid for. I sent an email to sales explaining the situation. They have now gotten back to me to say that they are sorting the issue. Quick service

Ordered parts on a Tuesday, I was told they'd be sent by 11am. the next day as all orders are sent within 24hours.
I heard nothing by friday, and I text. I was told they were sent and I was sent the an post tracking number which didnt work. Later that night I received a message to say the parts weren't in stock and that they would take 7 -10 days.
When questoned they tried deny saying the items were sent until I showed the messages. Still not refunded or resolved.

Ordered parts on line , after no correspondence for 11 days and no return call backs . Eventually received an email to say my parts would be another 3 weeks . Asked for a refund which the reply was it will be paid back immediately. 3 days later still no refund. Worst experience I have had from any supplier.

Fast delivery and great customer service. Value for money product

Ordered some parts online. Realised I had made a mistake. Phoned to change the order, which was really easy, and I was told the order would take 7 to 10 working days. This was confirmed by email. 8 working days later, I have the parts. Can't ask for more.

Brutal just brutal when it comes to live stock levels
Claim in stock on line so you click pay and order to receive a message few days later not in stock 7-10 days
Got caught a few times lately and every time I say never again but always willing to give them a chance….. but no more!!
