I ordered a seat for a lawnmower Friday, delivered the following Thursday and is exactly what I needed. Very quick and simple with no fuss, I couldn't be happier with product and service.

I had a similar experience to some other reviewers in that shortly after ordering I received a message to say that my part was not in stock and it would take 7–10 working days before it would be. However, I was given the option to cancel if I wanted, and I did after sourcing the product elsewhere. I received a very prompt reply confirming that my payment would be refunded in 2–3 days. And it was. This company has been very reliable for me.

The absolute best place to get what you need for the garden. I have bought a number of bits n bobs for my ride-on mower and these guys always provide amazing prices… and their customer service is even better. I can’t recommend them enough. Feels like you’re dealing with family.

Buyer Beware!! Under no circumstances should you pay for any goods without first confirming they are in stock. Ordered and paid for a new Deck for a Craftsman on the 26th August, as of the 17th September they still don't have it!! What a complete waste of time and money. My advice, look elsewhere.

I ordered a blade for our mower which turned out to be in the incorrect size. I emailed the sales department and explained my issue. The sales person Shane replied to my email (after normal working hours) explained to return the blade I received and my own blade and they would forward the correct blade. They sent the correct one, the whole process from the original order to me returning the incorrect one and receiving the correct one only took 5 working days.
Also their price point is 100% cheaper than B&Q!!

Brilliant sales and customer service. I would highly recommend them and will use again if necessary.

Excellent very helpful and were open on Saturday to find the parts we needed , good job .

Parts ordered 15July. Money taken straight away no tracking information parts not delivered and rude service from Irish person manning phone line with just excuses eventually saying “what do you expect to get when phoning a website,email them.” I did and received a call with further excuses about how the small order customers were not as valued as the large order customers and that they we’re struggling to cope with a recent big order. Eventually got my money back. Will never use this rubbish company again. Do not recommend to anyone.

I bought a service kit for a John Deere Gator off Lawnmover parts. The kit contained a oil filter that was the wrong size. Got onto Mark and they quickly sent me out the correct size for free which I appreciated.

I ordered an air filter online for a consaw, and it arrived very quickly, unfortunately it was the wrong size. However, on contacting Shane at lawnmower.ie, we figured out the right size filter and he posted out the correct filter and without hesitation. Arrived next day. excellent after sales service, will definitely deal with again, thanks!
