Made an inquiry on line with this company regarding the deck belt on a snapper ride on mower which I didn't know the size belt I needed. Got a response in a few hour's with the information I needed I ordered what I needed on there site which is a easy site to navigate around 4days later got my belt with free post excellent company to deal with and good prices. 10 out of 10 👏👏👍and there an Irish 🇮🇪company will order again and recommend to friends. 19/9/25

Absolutely terrible service , do not use them ,
I ordered a very simple item, spark plugs which were available on the website to order ,
Then notified that they didn’t have in stock and would have to order and would have in a few days
Emailed numerous times for an update on my order , no response
Gave up after a month
Wouldn’t reply to my emails asking where my order is.
Eventually replied after loads of mails All I got was I was out sick excuses and blaming suppliers excuses

Ordered a deck for 16 year old, discontinued lawnmower. Most sites had this listed as no longer available. This company had it delivered within four days to my door. Extremely good service, well packaged and great communication. Highly recommended.

Ordered a product from the website. Straight through to checkout, payment taken, order confirmed etc. Next day I have an email from the store telling me that the product is out of stock and would be 7-10 working days (supposedly) before coming back in stock.

Subsequently, the same item still showing as in stock on the website. I asked if this was going to be updated. No response as yet.

Retailers still doing this need to be called out. A customer is entitled to expect transparency when making an online order. Be careful with this shower, obviously no interest in basic courtesy towards online customers.

I have instructed cancellation and refund of my order already.
I do not require further assistance as I have placed an order for the same product elsewhere this morning.

Your aim is just words, if there was substance behind it, you would at least have the respect for customers to provide truthful information about stock levels.

Please cut the crap and stop towing the "we are experiencing high call volumes" customer service bull.

Delays with supplier is not what affected my order. The inaccurate information on your website is what affected my order. In addition, allowing that order to complete, without stock in place, removed my option to place my order with a retailer that did in fact have stock in place, without being out of pocket to you, while waiting for a refund.

Your response is boiler plate customer service crap and I won't allow it to stand

Just had a wheel fall off my 28-year-old Toro mower, and after ringing around local mower suppliers, who laughed at me when I told them what I was looking for.
This company came to the rescue, and within 10 days, I had a new wheel sitting on my doorstep.

Highly recommend this company, I was looking for blades and was told by a local dealer that they weren't able to be got , I decided to try online and just like that I had them, I found the website very user friendly, when I ordered and paid I received confirmation by email , I ordered late Wednesday evening and had them first thing Friday day morning, delivered by An Post, this is a first class service and will be using their site again and again , very grateful to have found them, very impressed.

I sent pictures of the starter unit on my 25 year old Harry lawnmower to the guys there and they sorted me with the part. Super service and great communication. Price was excellent and free delivery too. Highly recommended. Thanks to Shane.

But ordered hustler parts and it took 2 weeks to find out the parts wouldn't be available for 6 7 weeks

They operate mainly by WhatsApp. They’re experts in their field, have information at their fingertips and super efficient. We found parts for a Stil Ride-on which we paid for and they were delivered speedily via An Post. Apparently there are 2 Shanes & another guy - all brilliant - thank you!

I ordered three belts for my Husqvarna lawnmower. Then I had to correct by email my telephone number concerning the order.
I was immediately replied and helped by Shane!
The belts were fine and arrived at Finland in six working days, with free shipping!

An absolute simple pleasure of a company to deal with. I was looking for a lawnmower blade. I sent an email request to sales (Shane) and a reply was recieved within minutes with the product required. The price of the part was 50% cheaper than any other supplier in Ireland with free postage. The product arrived at 07.30 the next morning. One of the best oniline suppliers I have ever dealt with. Had the right parts for patrol lawnmower and
Speedy delivery.

Purchased 6 spark plugs as they were showing as in stock. I then received an email stating there would be a delay in shipping them… no problem as I wanted these plugs in particular. A day or so later another email saying the plugs were in fact out of stock but offered a different plug which is not what I was after so requested a refund. This was not actioned and I had to chase more than once to get this sorted. I also found their blunt communication manner unprofessional to the point where I myself stopped offering common courtesy as it seemed lost on them.
Shane did apologise for the delay as it was dragging on but would steer clear in future.

Excellent service, helped me find the part number, ordered yesterday afternoon, it arrived this morning.
