Ordered a saw horse and the wrong one was sent. Telephoned and emailed and was told to return the one I’d received, another one would be sent out and the return postage refunded.

Eventually received the correct saw horse albeit red not green but no refunded postage.

Shame as they seemed quite approachable people, and the saw horse is good.

Since posting the above Shane has been true to his word and refunded my return postage without quibble . In the light of this it has to be 5 stars, thank you!

This company flagrantly ignores the Trades Descriptions Act 1968.
I saw “ Honda OEM lawnmower blades on their website but took the trouble to call them first to establish firstly that they were genuine Honda Original Equipment Manufacturer parts and secondly that they were in stock. Having been reassured on both points, I duly ordered. The parts eventually arrived 10 days later but were clearly counterfeit. I contacted them by phone (eventually because they don’t answer the phone or respond to emails) and spoke to someone who at first insisted the parts were genuine and then after a long discussion conceded that they were not. He said they could supply “Genuine parts” and he would send me an email with a link to them and arrange for Parcelforce to collect the counterfeit blades so that he could refund my PayPal account. The blades were collected and received by Lawnmower Parts Online one week ago but I haven’t received a refund.
The order I placed specified Honda part numbers and the invoice I received specified Honda part numbers. I would never contemplate replacing these components with counterfeit parts because a potential failure could be life threatening.

sold me fake automower Husqvarna blades, they even mentioned the Husqvarna brand name on them. i even double asked them on the phone if they are original before i purchased them from them. and they said yes. very disappointed , please be careful before you buy anything from this website.

Reasonably priced item, ordered yesterday and delivered today in Cork with free delivery. Would recommend and use again.

Great company to deal with,, my lawnmower deck was rusted beyond repair sent them an email and they responded nearly straight away!! Told me what deck I needed and if I ordered before 3 pm Wednesday I’d have it for the weekend!! It arrived Friday morning!! Their prices are very reasonable and very competitive!!

Rubbish . First no stock of item , informed of delay, then chase for tracking information which hasn't been updated for a week now . No goods delivered and pay pal dispute opened. Should have not believed the fake reviews and trusted the bad ones and saved myself the headache. Not a company I'd use ever again. Let down which in turn has meant I've let my customer down with the slowest carburettor replacement job known to man. Shower of shi -te company no speedy replacement offered just delay and stalling.

Ordered a part from this crowd weeks ago. It was supposed to arrive after 5 days. Two weeks later nothing and then after contacting the company we get told two weeks more. If you are in urgent need of a part, don't go near this crowd with a ten foot pole. I now have the amazon outside my back door and a garden that I can't enjoy for the only bit of summer we've had this year. Thanks for nothing guys!

Phoned before ordering to be sure 3 separate items were in stock and assured they were. Paid up front, ordered online within a couple of hours and was emailed 2 days later saying that 2 of the 3 items were NOT in stock. Decided to accept the remaining item and have a refund on the other 2. No notification of despatch but after a flurry of emails and phone calls realised that they had nothing in stock. I was lied to about despatch of the remaining item, lied to about the partial refund to my Visa a/c and then told that they couldn't make a second refund on the same a/c and I would have to accept a Paypal payment. Raised a section 75 dispute with Visa they adjudicated in my favour and after 3 weeks have finally got my money back. Dishonest traders like this give internet trading a bad name. AVOID!
