I ordered two sets of belts for my Viking lawnmower. I didn't know that there 2 setups for the same model number. I didn't check the belts before 8 months after receiving them, and they turned out to be the wrong type. I contacted this vendor, but I was not very optimistic. But Shane from LawnMowerPartsOnilne was super quick and sent me the correct ones free of charge the same day.

Never an issue.....a great/ comprehensive range of stock. Easy site to source part & speedy dispatch with good communication. Prices seem realistic/ reasonable too.

A joke of a company I ordered a blade on 4-9-22 only because it was supposed to be in stock. Still no blade by to 8-9-22 this company is only 60 miles away so I contacted on WhatsApp only to eventually be told it was out of stock and was promised I’d have it this week. as of 14-9-22 it still hasn’t arrived in stock and guess what They have promised it’ll be here next week. Will be my last time using lawnmower parts online once this is resolved. Why take payment when you don’t have the goods to sell ?

At the end of April 2022 I placed an order for two items, one of which was a mower blade. This was shown as "shipped" in my order history but I received nothing. After a couple of weeks they decided the order was lost and a new order was created. I received two phone call answerphone messages, weeks apart, saying the blade was delayed 7-10 working days. I emailed and got a similar response. Finally at the end of June 2022 I'd had enough and rang them and cancelled the order, for a refund. A few days later I got an email saying the part was no longer available and did I want a refund or order a different (more expensive) item. I emailed back requesting the refund (again) which came into my account a few days later. In the light of that experience I think that one star is entirely appropriate.

The wrong part was sent and we sent it back they got it on May 6 2022 no refund and the phone number is wrong my name is marvin trent

There was a delay sourcing the parts but they were helpful and open throughout. Great communication and prompt dispatch once they received the items.
Very happy with the service.

Ordered blade tips for Stiga Lawnmower 3/2/22. Got a call later saying it would be 10/2/22 before I got them and would that be alright with me. It was OK with me. True to their word the package was delivered this morning 10/2/22. Keep up the good work lads.

Ordered a part on 23/8/21 have not received yet (9/9/21) no emails or phone texts have been answered. just emailed shane at lawnmowerpartsonline and hoping for a reply. Shane replied. And advised they would ship another part if I did not receive. Item received a few days later.

Terrible to deal with. Never responded and ignored calls and texts. Won't not recommend.

I have a old LT175 John Deere lawnmower and it is a nightmare to find parts. I contacted Shane who went out of his way to source the parts and send me a link to pay for them.
A week and a half later I found out my order was lost in the post, he resourced the items and had them out straight away no questions asked.
What more can I say

The quality of service, price and range was excellent. In particular Robin in sales was top class. There was a minor issue with the delivery company and he was on it immediately and resolved it brilliantly. Professional, knowledgeable, and customer centric at all times. He went above and beyond to call me out of hours to keep me updated and a great ambassador for that business. It was a big outlay and concern for me when buying something that expensive on line and never even seeing it but I would have no hesitation doing it again with this company.

A small circuit board was ordered on 02 Apr. It was delivered on the 19 April. Totally unacceptable. What made it worse was the couriers apparently attempted to deliver the item on the 13th but could not for some reason. I was in all day and despite the courier having my phone number - which they used to tell me they were going to deliver the item - they did not use it to contact me when they were unable to make the delivery. Lawmower Parts Online were excellent at sending hollow, apologetic emails whilst doing absolutely nothing. I suggested that a replacement item be dispatched on an overnight courier - they did not even have the courtesy to respond. Overall zero for customer service. No compensation offered.

Bought the 85lb Agri-Fab Spreader for my Garden Tractor. Looks small but I have a big garden and only had to fill it up a couple of times. Strong build, seems good so far for the price. Easy company to deal with. Took a while to get it from ordering but this was during Covid times but the Sales Rep. replied and updated me on delivery etc. Would buy again from them.
