The worst on line order

The worst on line order in my years of ordering online. Firstly, delivery date was never met. Secondly, I sent emails after emails to lazada and got absolutely no response. Then I tried calling lazada several times and couldn’t even speak to anyone! Then I was advised that my account has been frozen!!!! There is absolutely no way anyone could speak to a lazada “customer service”. I have written this order off and will never EVER order anything from lazada again!! And I’ve advised my circle of family and friends that lazada cannot be trusted.

Can't even log in. Security verification (authentication message) takes ages to receive, or this time, wasn't received at all. If they can't even get this right...

ATROCIOUS customer care

Was logged out of my account and couldn't refund item(s). After calling Lazada countless times for 11 calendar days, they still gave me no real solution to my issue. Kept saying I didn't provide photos for support but I did TWICE with a live agent on the phone confirming receipt of it. Truly astonishing, the level of inefficiency there is. Kept saying they'd get someone to call me back but no one ever did. Then gave me a solution to deactivate my account but the most ridiculous thing is that if I could deactivate my account by logging into my account, I wouldn't be messaging Lazada in the first placue. Up till now the issue is still not resolved. The most appalling, DREADFUL experience. For such a large company their customer care is through the roof atrocious. Never using them ever again and will tell my friends and family to use shopee instead.

One of worst experience of Lazada seller who falsely claim items lost in transit then pocketed the voucher money I used. Lazada didn't even helped. Never use vouchers at Lazada, money scammers.

Ordered fitbit versa watch and extra…

Ordered fitbit versa watch and extra charger separate. Received only charger. The watch despatched at customs delivered status, never received watch. When requst for refund rejected. This is clear cheating from Lazada. Think twice before order more then $30/- goods. You may end up loosing your money

Thickened Carbon Hob Cover

I paid for 2 thickened carbon hob covers (T239). Received a package stating there were 2 in but when I opened it there was only one. Been trying to contact Lazada Customer Care but to no avail. Can someone help?

Lazada allows sellers to send defective…

Lazada allows sellers to send defective items to buyers. When defective item is returned, seller has the right to reject.

To raise an dispute with Lazada customer service, you will need a video showing the packaging received which clearly show your full address, order number and tracking number, together with full unboxing video.

You must submit the proof from removing the tapes, removing bubble wrap, till the item with defects. Even after submission, Lazada allows return the item but seller can still reject the refund.

The platform is also full of fake reviews. Only buy cheap item from this platform or risk your money throwing into drain.

Lazada CANCELLED two orders

Lazada cancelled two orders I made.

One of the orders informed me that the delivery company was picking up the item. But Lazada cancelled my order.

I rang the customer service and spoke to an executive, Sri, who furnished standard answers to my questions.

I told Sri that I don’t want the refund but I want the item. Also, I told Sri to get the CEO to speak to me. Let’s see. They think they are too big for their shoes.

Jack Ma the original founder of Alibaba can speak all he wants and expounding his philosophy but Lazada is not serving its customers. He has spoken much about himself.

I won’t use Lazada again.

Slack ??? Due diligence ??? Expedite ???…

Let me just list out the exact sequence of events as reported in the Lazada App. It speaks for itself for people who can see the details.

30 May - reached singapore and pending customs clearance.
5 June - HANDED OVER to local delivery partner JnT.
.... No more update.....

I am writing this as of today 14 June. Nothing received and no further update despite 2 calls with CLEO and then agents who promised to "escalate" the matter to their logistics team to "expedite".

Wrong item received, refused to refund

Case no: 174452697

Ordered 10 dining chairs and received 10 wooden kid stools. After many rounds of refunds and return, it was concluded (by Lazada) that Ninja Van mixed up the return parcels and now Lazada WILL NOT refund me until Ninja Van gets back to them and they claimed that the refund must come from Ninja Van.

Is there any logic?

useless sh1tty company

customer support just useless, wont get back to me regarding issue i raise. they keep charging me excessive shipping fees for no reasons. i claim for the shipping fees, some got back most dont get back. support will ask u go throgugh some painstaking work to claim, in the end i claimed nothing seriously.

Bought an item from China

Bought an item from China,

First it took 2 weeks to get it delivered and only after chasing them.

When the product came , it was not working , Send the pictures and video .

They refused to refund me for the product .

It's now a white elephant in my house.

Have deleted the app and told all my friends not to use them ever again.

How is this company still allowed to do business? They are world class clowns that cant even get their website operational. I have yet another parcel that was NOT delivered, and im unable to log a ticket due to NOT being able to input the reason. Due to the website not working!!! Joke of a company! Far from Singapores finest i hope.

Seller sold me a whiskey with mold. Lazada did not give me a refund, instead asked me a list of supporting pictures which I have already given. And also asked me for receipt??? The whiskey was bought on their platform. What receipt?

Buy cheap items from here but not high value items

Update: 16 May 2025. Unresolved!
If nothing goes wrong, buying from this platform is ok.
The problem comes when there is an issue.
I bought a Nitecore flashlight and the seller sent me a keychain. Very straight forward, I return it.
The item status was "Delivered" on 6 May and immediately, I clicked return. And on the 7 May morning, the item was returned via the Pop Station.
Guess what? The returned item was sent to my door step again. Now the status in Lazada is "Shipped back". As of now, 15 May 2025, 1521hrs. I already contacted Lazada 4 times!!! They keep telling me the return item is in transit. They will get back asap. I have to repeat myself again and again and again and again. 4 times. THE RETURN ITEM WAS SENT BACK TO MY DOORSTEP. IT IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. SO HOW WILL YOUR LOGISTICS COLLEAGUE RECEIVE IT???

Until now, nothing has been resolved. Amount is $50.30. I am sure no one will pay this amount for a monkey keychain.
Lazada CS team is totally unprofessional in handling disputes. I urge consumers to be extra cautious when buying from Lazada. The feeling I get is "you are one your own" when things screw up.
My advise is, if you are able to part with the amount you spent for nothing, please proceed. If can't, try somewhere else.

What are you doing Lazada ? Not helping me!!!

since 18/4 payments have not been going through for Redmart. Have called 5 times since 18/4 and no one is doing anything. A manager has meant to call back 4 times so far, have not heard from anyone, no updates, no nothing. Extremely frustrating not being able to purchase groceries. I am beyond pissed off.

Update 20/5/25. Still NOTHING. Lazada obviously does not read trustpilot, as I have not received any help, any calls, any rectification. I cannot pay for shopping with any payment method now. Im trying to call them, but I don't even know if the calls are going through. You call them, and there is no introduction, no nothing, just silence... what is going on.? I am furious ....

Don't ever purchase important items…

Don't ever purchase important items from.lazada Singapore.
Because if happens you run into bad seller,you will not get any support from.lazada..you will end up paying for nothing.

Either a poor product or a missing product...lazada Singapore is not for customers for sure
