The new location in Portsmouth is difficult. Very busy lot, parking limited and cars going up into back businesses drive very fast. When you go in there is no clarification where you are supposed to wait in line for next assistant. Several times I left because it seemed so disorganized. I will go to Dover or even Northwood for the ease.

The loan process was super easy and I did it all by phone, email until I picked up my check at my local branch. Incredible!

Always above and beyond. I’ve been a member of NECU since 1990. They have always been there to work with me through every phase of my life for my financial needs. In the last 34 years I have been a member, I have never even considered looking or changing banks because NECU provides it all.

Wendy made my entire day, what a wonderful woman. I just wanted to pay my car payment and explained I was having a hard time online and she took care of it….car loan is now on auto pay/checking account and debit card all in about 10 minutes . Great experience

I find it extremely inconvenient that you do not mail out statements and charge $10.00 to make a payment by phone.

Northeast Credit Union has always helped me with whatever need I have had. They went out of their way to help me when no other bank would even talk to me.

I have now financed 3 vehicles and an ATV through Northeast Credit Union. They have been very friendly and anytime I call with a question I usually get an answer, and if I don't they find the answer for me in a timely manner. Very professional staff. The one thing I guess I could critique would be the app/online banking, it seems a little over complicated and not very user friendly.
