I called regarding a personal loan. I moved out of New England 5 years ago and moved to North Carolina , but have continued to use Northeast Credit union. The woman I talked to was very helpful, offered to do the a application on the phone with me. She was very helpful, friendly and within 8 hours I had the money I applied for in my account. And that is why, even though I no longer live in NH , I continue to bank with northeast Credit union.

I drafted an external transfer for 600.91 to make my car loan payment on the due day of 4/28/24. It was never processed and now my account shows that I owe 1201.82. Your website to make online payments continues to be utterly frustrating in terms of confirmation and processing of any payments. I have never experienced such a user unfriendly and complicated website to do something as simple as making a monthly car payment. I make other online payments to several vendors every month, including a car payment and they are ALL simple, quick and easy. I have had difficulty making my monthly payments since the inception of this loan. If this can't be resolved so that I can easily make my monthly payments online using an external transfer (which took numerous times and months to set up) I will have to look elsewhere to find a new lender. The stress, aggravation and time involved in paying my loan is more than I can continue to deal with. Whoever set up this website should fired. I can only imagine how much money Northeast spent to create this website.

What great customer service and ease of closing for my loan. They explained everything well and closed very fast. The people here are top notch and such a great place to bank.
