Terrible
Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. -negative 5 Stars. You denied me an overdraft for $240 whick caused me to have to pay over $800 in charges to a Deadbeat towing company-
You admitted that it was at your discretion whwther to honor my overseaft protection benefits.
You made a conscious human decision to deny assistance to me.
I need to be compensated for my several hundred dollars in damages, and if I have to go through process of filing formal complaint with the NH Human Rights Commission, I will be seeking damagss for pain and suffering as well.

Needs improvement
Received my paperwork in the mail but my account number was blocked out so I couldn’t set up my online account to pay my bill. When I was finally able to set up my account there are not any options for paying your bill online through the website. Very inconvenient where nowadays everything can be paid through an app or online

YOUR PEOPLE SAY ONE THING AND THEN THEY SAY SOMETHING DIFFERENT THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. PLUS NEFC ALLOWED A COMPANY TO STEAL $700 FROM MY ACCOUNT AFTER I TOLD THEM NOT DO IT.
