Beautiful chandelier, love the modern brass finish! Larger than expected but so happy with the look. Took hubby who's quite the handyman about 2 hrs to install, main holdup was trying to pry open the chain links to adjust the length. I called customer service, but the line is busy, there maybe too many customers waiting online, I emailed them and got a reply within 10 minutes.The service rep was very helpful. She suggested I pick up a pair of special pliers used to spread links which are pretty heavy duty. Overall LOVE THE CHANDILIER!

I received the 8 light linear chandeliers to review, just beautiful we put them in our foyer, and wow just gorgeous it was easy to put in well made I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to have a beautiful chandelier in their house!!

This light feature is gorgeous!!!! It fits perfectly in my formal dining room. I absolutely love it!! I have gotten so many compliments. The 5 lights give off just the right amount of light. So not to bright not to dark. Pretty amazing!!! My husband was kind of indifferent till I told him to try it and see and now it his favorite light In the house!! You won’t be disappointed!

Have used these people before and had a good experience then, and it's still the same now, the turn around time from ordering to delivery was on time and all the items were very securely packed and arrived in a perfect and undamaged condition, I wouldn't hesitate before using them again, all in all, a very good company.

we ordered 4 lights witha 6 to 8 day delivery; we are now 30 days since order and lights have not yet been despatched , and whilst for the last two weeks they have promised to give us a tracking number from DPD , we still dont have one ; THEY DONT TELL THE TRUTH
this has prevented completion of a project and hand over to client ; tried phoning on many occasions but line just goes dead after several rings ; MUST BE ONE OF THE WORST LIGHTING COMPANIES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

Now got a tracking number for DPD. So far it has been collected and last noted as being in China on 6th April. Nothing since then so I can only assume it's in a container in a ship from this I can only assume that delivery will be 6 to 8 WEEKS Not DAYS ????? Again total dishonesty suggesting product was in Uk with quick delivery when 5 weeks on it's still in China. Had I known this it would not have been ordered. Why can they not be honest

Really poor service.

Was told the items were shipped on 2nd March. Nothing came until last week when only one turned up, despite them being shipped together and being told they were coming last week.

When I chased I was told the other one is coming give it another 2-4 days.

Tried calling numerous times just a dead line.

Now sent a tracking number with no details who it’s shipped with so I can’t track anything! Keep being told I’m an important customer and they will track my order till I receive it, but it’s just lip service.

Spent £1500 on lights and been a really poor experience, certainly won’t be using again and I would recommend others avoid.

Thank you so much for the effort you've made to try and find this product for me. I will certainly follow up on the leads that you have given. Why are there not more people like you who are willing to help... you're a star!
I would also like you to know that I found your personal service and telephone manner to be excellent and I think you are a credit to your Company. Ordered a light at the end of November and it took 4 weeks, despite website suggesting 6-10 days (NB it's a bit misleading as there are two parts to this 'processing' & 'shipping'. I corresponded with Emily who must be in China - I couldn't find a UK address {or the limited company address/reg'd number}. So the light is actually ok; packaging was 'ebay personal vendor' though and ceiling sconce & electric cable awful for a £300 light. No instructions/receipt.

I ordered this fixture after reading all the reviews. Looked at hundreds online and wanted the tannery bronze color with white shades. Most dark finishes feature yellowish or tan shades, which I didn't want. The chandelier arrived in 5 days, packed very well, and my husband had no problem installing it. We are extremely happy with the quality, looks and price! Highly recommend if you want something between traditional and a bit more modern!!!

After many weeks of waiting for my light it finally arrived and was installed by an electrician. 4 days in and the light caught fire as the controller inside had electrical fault. Luckily I was in the room to catch it and turn it off instantly. Hate to think what would happen if I was not in the room.

Their policy is no refunds once light is installed. Which 1) Is ridiculous as how do you know it’s faulty till the light is on??
2) and more importantly that policy is illegal in the uk (they keep stating they are a uk company and not a Chinese company). All damaged goods can be returned by law and refund given.

Hope no one else has there house almost burn down from one of their lights.

I paid for and ordered a light from Lightingo over 4 weeks ago and it hasn’t arrived. I have emailed them over 20 times with no response and also called the number on the web page over 50 times, and they have not picked it up once. I am very annoyed with this service as I have a very unhappy customer waiting for me to install the light.

Before buying these fixtures I bought 2 of them I had gone to the local lighting store. they had a simulator model without the curves. I was shock by their price tag. I bought the two fixtures delivered to my door in 5 days, for less than half the price they wanted for just one. These beautiful fixture now hang over our dining table and kitchen island. they were a litttle tricky to install because we had to alter the the ceiling 6 inch electrical box because the mounts on the fixture is only 4 inches.

Terrible company, 5-7 days delivery. Absolute tosh, it has been over 30 days. They continue to say it’s been shipped and then they cannot give me tracking details and finally they cease all communication. *Despite their reply to this review, we still have no details on when this will arrive. The same old email saying due to COVID the courier has it but they are delayed. There seems to be no tracking available, probably due to the fact that it has not even shipped. If I could give these thieves less than one star I would.

I bought a light from this company - however unfortunately when arrived (from China after a few weeks) and fitted it, it hums. I was in contact with the company (Emily) who was very pleasant (all emails answered at 2am - please be honest you are based in China!). Their policy is that they do not take returns if a light has been fitted - how do you know it doesn't work/faulty if you havent fitted it? They have sent me a new LED driver, a second new driver and new bulbs. Still all hum. They then went into denial that it doesn't hum! I wrote a review on the light for their web site. It was very honest of my experience - it has never been published (sensorship). I will never use this company again and have learned from my experience.

The light looks even better than the pictures. Everyone who has walked into the room has loved it and asked where it came from. It is just what we wanted and we couldn't find one anywhere else - we spent hours looking. We are delighted with the result and would strongly recommend their products..

This is a gorgeous light! It has substantial weight, beautiful heavy (heavy as in quality, not 'is this going to break my ceiling?')glass shades and when the 75watt equiv. bulbs are in it, it is amazingly bright. The satin nickel finish was the perfect update from my former bronze. All I can say is love, love, love it!!!!

Awful company. Do NOT use them.
I placed an order on the basis it would be delivered within 2-4 days like their website said.
Nothing arrived and my order just says “order being processed”.

There supposed contact telephone number “for immediate assistance” is a deadline.

They do not respond to emails.

I honestly don’t know where to take this now.

So I just want to update you about the situation I am in. As you can see the company replied to my post, it is a complete lay. Now it's officially 1 year past since my problem started and I have no replacement no refund. Utterly dishonest company. I waited patiently 1 year for them to resolve the problem without resolution
Don't buy from this company!!!!

It is very beautiful lamp.it surprised me it is a huge lightning .i bought a promotion and regretted not having bought more,it was worth buying. I recomend you buying it without any doubt it is really an amazing.both lightingo and website to be congratulated.
