I saw some good reviews and also some bad reviews about LightingO before placing the order. To be honest, I did have some concerns after placing the order, but when I received the chandelier, all the worries were eliminated. After I installed the chandelier, it is really nice looking, once its mounted correctly. Its very hard to balance the arms so that the chandelier isnt tilting in any direction. Luckily this only has to be done once. It would really help if the was a picture showing how to turn the arms to get it in balance."

Please avoid this company. They are scam artists and give people money to post 5-star reviews on this site. They attempted to purchase a review from me. It's clear that this is not a real company.

This company is absolutely AWFUL to deal with. I am in the UK, they send the lights from China. You have to wait a long time. Their customer service is poor. They have my money and will not refund it. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!

The lights are quite spectacular. To really make them stand out, make sure that you get really good globes. We went with LED globes to give the Edison filament look. Apart from the wiring, they are quite easy to put together, there is a plan for you to follow. It would potentially make it easier if there was a video to follow step by step. My one complaint is that the wire lengths were not quite long enough, so there was some work that needed to be done by an electrician to be able to make them operate. Overall very happy with the end result

The light came in great, secure packaging! It took a little while to get here, but sadly it is taken longer to put up due to our new construction. That being said, I can't wait to put it up because it truly is a great looking light! Or, it will be once we finally install it!

In the past 4 days I have sent 5 emails requesting my refund after 5 weeks of waiting and being fobbed off 6 times about delivery date. They will no longer reply it seems and I am now being ignored!!! Beware of this company, Trust me, it’s not worth it!!!!!

The light is very beautiful and also is very bright. I use it as the main light in the living room, which is large and spacious. I can also control the chandelier with a remote control, where I control both the intensity of the light and also change between the color of white and warm white. The individual chandelier ropes are very easy to use and any shape can be changed quickly in the chandelier. I am completely satisfied with the product and would 100% recommend it.

Wasn't sure when I ordered but finally received the light and put it up and it's amazing. Really beautiful. For my old house the wiring didn't allow for dimmer but this light comes with a dimmer remote control for warm or white lights. We LOVE IT

Everything was great, lightning delivery, extremely well packed. There is no info about the luminous flux but I can confirm that it is very bright so I will have to use a dimmer to adjust the brightness level. I will not tell you how much have I paid it because you wouldn't believe me. Great service as usual.

Due to the impact of Covid-19, we waited for 10 days. At first I was a little confused, but when I received the light, these were all eliminated.
The light has arrived in very good shape. Remote controll included. No visual scrap, everything as was described. After installation the light works well. The intensity of the light can be changed. On maximum there is a lot of light in whole room. Im very satisfied with this product.

I ordered 10 pendant lights last year they came a bit of a delay one was broken but they replaced it straight away . My second order of 2 more to match was a different story ordered in feb but eventually came in June . But they were wrong . To cut along story short and loads of emails to Emily they eventually replaced them free . They are definitely based in China .Emily was helpful through the process but all I can say if you need lights in a rush allow some time but they are good quality . They have let me keep the 2wrong ones they sent we got there in the end . They definitely exist this company I’m on 12 lights from them .

COVID caused delays in the arrival of our light fitting due to warehouse closures, however, the staff were really good at keeping us informed, apologising for the delays and then shipped to us as soon as possible. Now that our light us in place we absolutely love it. We have subsequently contacted them again about getting an additional remote control and they have been really helpful.

I have wrote previous reviews as I was upset and sick of waiting for my light. I thought that I was just getting told lie after lie.. my light did finally come after waiting a while due to covid. Some of the parts where smashed due to transit but I contacted lightingo via email sent them pictures and within one week the parts where sent out as promised. The electrician is fitting them and I can say it looks beautiful. If you are looking to order a light and are not in a rush as shipping is overseas I would say to order. We are so happy.. fingers crossed it all goes well but so far so good!! They did say give them a chance so I did n I'm overall happy with my purchase. I will order again in advance

We ordered a light for a client and we get nothing but delay delay delay, slightly wondering if the light we ordered even exists and doubt we will ever see it or our money back

you have stated how each customer is very important to you.
In light of this could you please answer the following:
You say you are a U.K based company with an office in the U.K.
Where is this office?
What's the address and phone number?
Who are the directors?
Are you registered with Companies House and, if so, what is the business called.

Thank you so much for answering these questions.
I'm sure I and the others here who feel they have not received adequate replies would be greatly reassured by receiving full replies to these questions.

You seem concerned about my question about the UK office you claim to have.
Insterd of referring my review to trustpilot why don't you simply answer the question?

I bought a Modern Contemporary Chandelier a week ago and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. The order arrived quickly and in perfect condition. My wife loves it and we are thinking of buying another one for our country house. 100% recommended.

I made an online purchase which was listed as instock and ready to ship in 3-4 days. After 2 weeks I contacted Customer Service to check on my order. She said "it'll be ship out the next couple of days". Another 2 weeks went by and still no shipment confirmation. I emailed her again and she said "oh bcos of Covid-19 our ware house in the UK is closed, it'll be shipped from our warehouse in China within the next 2 days". Never heard from them again. So I emailed the rep again and demanded a refund. She then said "oh please give us another chance....." and she followed up with another email seconds later saying "order has been cancelled and I'll be refunded with 14 business days. Of course, 14 business days went by and no refund. I called Amex and started a dispute. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!!!

Although I waited a little long time, it is understandable. After all, because of Covid-19, all industries have been affected. But when the light was installed, I found that all the waiting was worth it.
I ordered the Modern Crystal Rain Drop Light. Quality of product was same as mentioned on site from every aspect. Their customer service is also good and they catered my ordered very nicely, answered all my queries. Though I was in doubt about quality of product because these types of products are easily prone to damage but they sent a very nice product. It was nice experience with them and will consider them in future for similar products. Once again nice product and nice service. Good luck.

If I had read the reviews before I purchased the awful quality lights I received I would NEVER of placed an order. Emily replies to me, however, this is not her name as she replies around 4am from China and her English is bad/broken. I was told the UK warehouse was closed due to COVID19. However, there is no UK address or warehouse. so, if you need send the lights back you have to pay the shipping to China. 3 of the lights i ordered are being held by customs and one that did arrive was of extremely poor quality and not as advertised. a Paypal claim has been set up, but my Bank decided to claim the money back for me . Which I have received. If things are cheap and too good to be true, they usually are!
