Promised refund on 3rd June now 21st June still no refund. THESE PEOPLE ARE OUT AND OUT CROOKS THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

I bought the lamp a few weeks ago and it came in under 6 days! The customer service is very active, understanding, and helpful. The lamp is exactly as described in the site, I bought the black version and is matched my room's aesthetic perfectly. I only bought one to test it out, because every time I purchase something online for my house comes out mediocre at best but I really liked this item and I will definitely be buying a few more lamps for my mom's house and mine as well! The lamp isn't blindingly bright but still illuminates the room just enough, and it is of very good quality, it doesn't feel lightweight nor cheap. I would 100% buy again and recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect lamps for their homes!

Very bad company, DO NOT USE, ordered a light almost 5 weeks ago and paid £19 for delivery, heard nothing for 3 weeks, contacted them and told story after story, they are constantly using COVID 19 as an excuse, their customer communication and service is dreadful

A total Joke of a company..
I've been waiting 8 weeks for my order which was stated in stock in the UK.

I've been sent two different tracking numbers and now Royal mail are holding my items until excess custom charges are paid, which I'm not doing ....

I've been asking for a full refund for two weeks and they never address this issue

Totally untrustworthy company stay well clear

Ordered £600 worth of lights before lockdown. Lights were never delivered and after waiting a month was told delay was due to Covid 19. Asked for a refund which I eventually received and was advised to reorder after lockdown eased. Emailed company who offered additional discount for previous inconvenience. I reordered the lights on 19 May after being “guaranteed” the items would be delivered by 1 June. No delivery so chased and was told dispatch would take place in 1-3 business days. Again nothing. Now told to wait 10 business days because of Covid 19. Constant promises and then excuses from the company. Shockingly bad customer service at a time when companies should be grateful to have customers. Let’s hope I get a refund which I’m now going to have to chase! Steer clear of this company.

Emily seems to be the only person that responds to emails, and always around 4am. There's no UK address on the website ORON THE INVOICE. No company number etc.

Placed an order almost a month ago, items still not here.

AVOID!! Do not order from them!

The chandiler is the perfect length. With modern LED crystals that look absolutely amazingggg under the light fixture! The contemporary, yet chic style fits perfectly within my new home. It did not take long to arrive at all and was well packaged. I think the quality is good and worth it. I’m very pleased!

Placed an order on the 10th Feb 2020. Accepted the £19 delivery charge expecting a decent service. Here we are on the 14th March with no light and no confirmation of a delivery date.

Emily, who seems to be the only person working for the company, only ever replies to my messages at around 3am, which suggests this is not a UK company.

16/03 - the latest email from Emily has asked me to remove my review, once I've done this, they will apparently give me a refund.

I wasn't aware that this was how a review service worked.......

17/03 - Kaylee - your reply is simply untrue. You sent me an email to tell me that my order had shipped on the 3rd March after I chased for an update, yet the product has not arrived. At no time have I received an email about your warehouse and why send me a shipping email if you haven't shipped the product? And why, when you say that you will give me a refund, have you not processed this yet?

26/03 - According to LigtingO, they issued a refund on the 18/03, to date, this has not arrived, I have had to escalate this to PayPal.

DO NOT BUY! Not clear about the £200 shipping fee! At the very least I expected at that price the item to arrive in tact - unfortunately not. I have been waiting months for replacement crystals. I have now asked for a refund and shock ...I haven't heard back from the company.

The Chandelier arrived and looks great as shown on the internet. I had a few question and emailed their customer service and Emily is always quick to respond. She answered all the questions i had promptly and even gave good tips on installation.

The service is excellent and value for money. I will definitely buy from them again

Chandelier was bigger than the stated size so need to make sure dimensions are correct in our case it didn’t matter. The quality was very good both crystals and metal work. Tracking numbers were a little late in coming through but when they did everything went to plan light bulbs included very good quality and a spare was included as were spare crystals. I have seen the same light sold else where in different lighting stores so this saved us a lot of money and was well worth ordering total saved on light £ 1500.00 total saved on bulbs £60.00 We are currently looking to order more chandeliers now due to money saved and the quality of the goods. I HAVE RATED THEM 5 STARS AS WE WERE SO PLEASED WITH LIGHT the other issue were insignificant.

Slow, slow, slow delivery. With today's online stores delivering in just a few days waiting a couple of weeks or more for some lights with no updates or information you wonder if this store is actually a front for a Chinese company.

I recently purchased two lights form LightingO, unfortunately they sent my lights to another customer and theirs to me.

Instead of arranging a courier, their point of contact Emily emailed my full name, home address and mobile number to the other customer without seeking my permission and ‘begged’ them to send me the lights I’d ordered.

Emily also sent the other customers full details to me.

I was alerted to this happening when the other customer phoned me as they knew where I lived and by chance happened to be passing and wondered if they could drop by my home to swap the lights - a very proactive approach by the other customer but alarming for me that this customer had my personal information.

When I made a complaint to Emily she gave me a very dissatisfying reply, their is clearly no regard for their customers privacy or data protection rights.

I have left a review on their website which is currently under review before publishing - I will be interested to see if they do make my review public.

This product is amazing I was on lightingo.co.uk and I saw the 9 Light Rustic Artistic Retro Antler White Chandelier it is beautiful my family loves it my children love it and in my opinion it is quite homey.
