I have a bunch of different cone collars and they all suck. They either slip off or are uncomfortable, this new one we got from Lilly and Max is way way different. Money well spent, we are satisfied!

My dog gets in the kennel without any issues, he loves it. The construction is solid, I don't think there is a breed that manages to destroy it.
The cone has its protective qualities but it also works well as a pillow, it's soft and our dog doesn't seem to be bothered about it at all. 5 stars all the way!
The kennel feels safe. My dog hasn't been able to get out. I'd give them 5-stars! Thanks.
If your dog had surgery then this collar is a must-have. We found it to be helpful so he can't scratch his eye when it starts to itch and it was far better priced than on other platforms.
First time ordering from Lilly & Max and we are satisfied. The prices are better than many of our local suppliers are asking and the customer service was very friendly.

I initially was unhappy with this company due to very prolonged shipping times and unhelpful email correspondence. However, in the end they did ship me a great product and refunded me to keep me happy which I have asked them to reverse as I should be charged now that the product arrived. Be patient with this company’s timing. In the end, it will be worth it.
I am writing to inform you about a serious defect in my Scandinavian 6-drawer Wood Dresser that I bought from your company on May 30, 2023. Despite assembling it with utmost care and precision, the dresser has become nonfunctional and aesthetically displeasing. The six drawers are now difficult to open and close, while the front of the dresser has split on both sides, and there is a visible gap between the wood planks on the right side. The company agreed to refund my credit card but then reneged, stating that they would only issue a check if I provided proof that the dress was disposed of. The company gives conflicting information, and doesn't honor their warranty.
My Order is just sitting. I placed my order and it went to delivery status soon after (3 days or so) but USPS shows they never received the package. I have reached out through the chat (even though no one is ever on) and sent a message 2x and have not heard a reply. It has been 5 days that USPS label was created and is waiting on the package.
First of all, I want this to be a 100% genuine review so I will say that the parka jacket I got was of good quality. However, what was unbeknownst to me and many shoppers, is that this jacket is VERY tight fit, there’s 0 flexibility for dogs of different body shapes, and that is why so many people complain about the fit. My dog is a small skinny chihuahua (5lbs). This jacket fits most of her body except for her hind legs, she can’t move in it. So sadly this is not a product I’d recommend unless they can change the design to add more stretchability to the sleeves.
Now onto the company, I’ve brought this to their attention and they were least interested in resolving the issue for me. I ended up asking for a refund for the returned of this unused product, they declined. They were only willing to give me store credit so I will spend it on something else with them but I did not want anything else to do with this company. Bad customer service and badly designed product.
This company is a scam! Buyer beware. I have written them three emails on sending me a shipping label to return the two jackets that I got that I measured for and did not fit at all on my two dogs. $86 down the drain and no one has contacted me.

Order up 2 sizes. I’m going thru the return process and I’m not sure if I will get a coat that fits correctly by the time I need it.
I ordered a 4XL TheDogFace Dog Raincoat & Windbreaker - Snowfield for my 80lb 13 mos old Golden and it came in about 2 weeks. I ordered the 4XL based on the size chart. The jacket fits but it is snug. When he runs the velcro tends to come undone. I contacted the company about an exchange and they were very helpful in getting me the appropriate size. I went with their largest size in 5XL at a very low extra cost and I was able to keep my original order. I will be using it as a gift for a friend! Thanks!
I ordered on April 5 and as of today, April 30, I have not received my item. The website just says shipped and includes no tracking number. I have made multiple attempts to contact this company for the past week with no response. Total scam.
Update: Love the response below about contacting the support team. That email address doesn’t work and I get a return to sender response. Finally got a response after a week of waiting from the original email address and they told me to either check with my neighbors or contact USPS (useless) and see what they say or pay shipping for another item. Refused to refund my $40 purchase. Won’t be ordering again!

Order took over 3 weeks to ship my order and then, when i emailed them about it, it suddenly said it was shipped and “delivered” in the same day, but my package never came. They’re claiming since i received a delivery email that it must have been stolen and won’t give me a refund or a new product.
Perhaps I'll think better of the company IF the order is ever delivered. They said 10 days. It's been 7 and the USPS tracking number shows that USPS doesn't yet have it. We're feeling skeptical. In 'chats' on their site they say it will get there but .. when there's no movement at all, one wonders.
In the end they made it right
I ordered The Explorer Fat Cat back pack and received a cheap knock off from amazon that cost 54.00 NOT the 88.00 I paid. What a SCAM and a RIP OFF!
