We love the product which we bought! Very comfortable and makes our living room comfortable.

Shipping was super fast. I’m very impressed with the quality for the price. I would highly recommend. I’ve had my set for about two weeks. Perfect couch for a dog owner with couch potato mutts.

According to the Shop app which is what Linsy Home uses for tracking, it said that my order was expected May 3. It even said that delivery was guaranteed. As of today (May 7th), I've still not received anything. I emailed Linsy support, and the reply I received wasn't written coherently. I emailed them back to confirm that they understood that nothing has arrived. It's been more than 24 hours, and I've received no reply. I still have no idea where my coach is.

The quality and size of the pieces are not at all what is advertised. Additionally, there are stains on 3 of the pieces. I have been trying to reach them for 2 days to find out how to initiate a return, and they haven't responded to my email, and no one answers the phone number listed on their Facebook page.

That fabric is rough and the cushions hard. I swear the reviews must be fake. If they accepted a return without a fee I would send it back pronto! It’s not worth it! I don’t know what to do with this massive pit sectional that hate!

None of the boxes were damaged. The color is right. Came in great time. Unpacked it all. It’s sitting until I get the old furniture we have out. My son has the same set. It’s real comfortable.

I bought a mattress from this site. Upon receipt, it didn't match the description on the Linsy site at all. I made a complaint on 3/14/2025, and customer service still gives me the same answer and doesn't give me a return procedure. They refuse to refund me. Avoid this site, don't order.

I was so happy to find a modular couch! We have a smaller living room so I like all the arrangement options. Super easy to put together. Tool is included so you don't need anything. Love the console and the couch looks amazing. A little stiff at first but that's to be expected with the Rubik III. It's not as plush as the V.

Very simple to use website, smooth shipping and a wonderful (functional) product with easy assembly. What more can a person ask for?

The easiest couch building experience I’ve ever had. My wife and I worked together one box at a time. I unpacked and broke down the box while she built the piece. It took us under 90 minutes to unpack, breakdown, assemble, and clean up the entire sectional plus console and two ottomans. So far, the couch is delightfully firm and the ottomans make it very lounge friendly. The seats are shallower than our previous couch but the ottomans eliminate any complaints! The storage compartments are deep and easily accessible. The dark color has a nice tone to it and doesn’t look out of place in our otherwise lightly colored living room. GET THE CONSOLE. YOU’RE GONNA LOVE THE CONSOLE! My minor criticism is there is no attachment between the cushion and the base of the ottomans, so the cushion is easily pushed off. We’re going to add our own little grip pieces to fix that issue, but it would be nice if there was a non-slip strip or Velcro added to the base of the ottoman cushions.

Everything showed up a day early than expected. Everything was super easy to assembly, literally adult legos! It is beautiful, comfy and just makes our home more open and welcoming! I just love our new couch!!

This is my second time ordering. Good quality, and construction. It is a modular so it is on the smaller size which actually works great for us. It is also has firmer cushions which hopefully helps it hold up. This time I ordered the wrong items and they were able to cancel the order and get the correct item sent out the same day.

I purchased my Rubik III modular sofa in December. When I assembled the sofa, it was easy enough for one person. The back sections did not fit properly, with as much as one full inch gap at the top. While it did stay in place, the opening poses the risk of injury of a child getting a hand stuck, or even a pet, getting a leg caught. I reached out to the company - their customer support is HORRID! There is ZERO phone support, just email and they kept asking me for MORE pics, One back section, it seemed the location of the screws was incorrect. They sent me a replacement piece but when that didn't resolve the issue, they told me that they felt it was the base, which, they expected me to send that back "in the original box and packaging" which was LONG GONE, but also, at my own expense. I would not have a couch until they got around to sending the new piece. I asked SEVERAL TIMES to ship me the replacement piece and provide me with a shipping label and I could use the box they send the replacement part in - their excuses were IDIOTIC! This was March, and they were just dragging it on and on – not resolving the problem, and expecting me to pay to ship back their inferior product and leaving me with little confidence that they would ship back a replacement.
Growing increasingly more disgusted and frustrated with this, I asked them to refund the cost of one of the ottoman pieces, and I would walk away. They agreed, however, they asked me to consider removing the bad review I had left them on this site. I felt like I would not have gotten the refund, if I did not agree to remove the review. I did get the refund, but it angers me that by removing the review, it made the company look better than they actually are - and it does not eliminate potential liability of their company if there was an injury. My suggestion, spend a little more money, buy a different brand. POST RESPONSE: Their response is NOTHING SHORT OF A MISREPRESENTATION OF FACTS! Their AGREEMENT to refund MY REQUESTED amount, was ONLY after nearly 3 full months of arguing with them about the back section not fitting properly. Yes, they did refund money, ONLY AFTER THEY WANTED ME TO RETURN A PIECE AT MY OWN EXPENSE, AND WAIT FOR A REPLACEMENT. Would happily show pics of their low quality product!! New update 3/26 - they opened a new service ticket after they discovered that I had returned here to leave a new review. Also upset that I left a negative review and reminded me of their warranty. I NEVER told them that returning the item was not an option, just that it should not be at my expense. I asked that I be sent shipping labels for each of the 5 pieces and the cost of purchasing boxes to ship back what I paid for. Well, crickets!! From the looks of other reviews, I am not alone in the disappointing experience with this company. RESPONSE TO 3/29/25 - YOU NEVER STATED THAT YOU WOULD PAY FOR ME THE RETURN OF THE COUCH!!! I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE THE SHIPPING LABELS OR FUNDS TO PURCHASE BOXES TO RETURN THE COUCH- OTHERWISE, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN OUT THE DOOR!!! I WAS TOLD TO RETURN, WHAT YOU FELT WAS THE PART CAUSING THE ISSUE - IN THE ORIGINAL BOX AND PACKAGING - AT MY EXPENSE!!!! I DO NOT HAVE THE BOXES THEY CAME IN!!!! I ASKED YOU TO SEND THE REPLACEMENT PART SO THAT I COULD USE THAT BOX TO RETURN THE PIECE YOU THINK IS BAD!!! I COULD USE THE SAME BOX TO RETURN THE M PART.
YOU SAY YOUR PRODUCT HAS A WARRANTY - PROVE IT, AND PROVIDE ME THE LABELS, AND $150 TO PURCHASE BOXES AND I WILL RETURN THE ENTIRE COUCH. STOP WASTING MY TIME AND STOP LYING ABOUT WHAT YOU HAVE DONE TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE - YOU ARE LUCKY THEY DONT ALLOW FOR PICS ON THIS SITE!!

Everything seems really nice, but im not sure about the durability of the back rest, if it isn't up against a wall. There is an awful lot of flex, and not a lot of airia anchoring it to the seat.

We were missing an armrest with our order and several of the female threads for the screws were damaged and didn’t allow for the screws to fully tighten down. The backrests are also not very sturdy.

I am still waiting for a missing connecting piece for the arm rest. reported within days of receipt of shipment.

Receiving my order was easy I delivered it straight to my door and took only maybe an hour to completely build a whole entire loveseat and ottoman probably even shorter. My only complain about the Rubik five is that I wish it was a little bit higher from the ground and that there was a little bit more cushion in the seats. I don’t know if I got Faulty, cushioning, and the Ottoman, but the normal seats could be a little bit more firm and bouncy.

I am want to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of the Rubix V 3 seater with three storage ottomans

1. The seat cushion arrived visibly soiled with dirty
2. The fabric color and pattern on the sofa do not match the fabric color and pattern on the ottomans. The pattern is starkly different, as if two distinct sets of fabric. This does not look cohesive and it very noticeable.
3. I did not receive an adequate number of U blue brackets to connect the pieces. I am missing approximately two brackets, despite being informed by Customer Service that they are not required. However, all instruction materials and videos depict blue brackets in every slots are present on both the couches and ottomans.
4. The overall quality of the fabric on the couches and ottomans is subpar. There are numerous loose strings, fraying, and stitching concerns around the legs. The fabric appears to be splitting.
5. The felt storage lids for the ottomans do not fit securely over the top of the ottomans. They seem to be larger than the ottomans themselves, and the Velcro will likely lose its grip over with use. Video material show Velcro strips on both the cushion as well as the lid. This is not what’s on my set.

The couch and its quality are good; the only issue I have is with the backrest. It mounts with two hooks, so if you lean against it from the back, it moves inward. I would suggest engineering a clip or hook for the bottom portion to keep the backrest sturdy.
