I used to work with locate a locate a locum in 2023 where the app worked pretty seamlessly. I've tried to sign back up again and it's been hell. Their customer service team refused to respond to me about why I cannot book shifts. I have no moved on to Clarity Locums who have the same shifts available. Seems like this company has been on a downward spiral. I've messaged them nearly everyday for over a week and they haven't given me an answer so I'm effectively blocked from getting any shifts.

LAL pro is a game changer especially considering the recent complaints about reduced rates. It helps me understand the areas where I could earn possibly earn more, and adapt my schedule to take advantage of those opportunities. Not to mention the invoice and expense tracking, it’s so much work off my shoulders after years of stressing on excel sheets I love it!

Locate a Locum is a very professional agency. I would recommend anyone to use their platform and services. Very helpful, prompt in replying to any query, great customer service and accommodating to an individual need. Would highly recommend using their Locate A Locum Pro service.

Like wading through treacle. Trying to register as a locum dispenser. Came up with hurdles every step of the way.
In their defence they always reply promptly but then come across another issue.
Although they work with Asda pharmacy. Asda do their own approval. I ve been waiting over two weeks now. All Locate keep saying is "we ll let you know when your account is approved " but do not offer to find out why it's taking so long.

Really easy to find shift to suit and booking was simple. The response was quick, within 5 mins, amazing!

Almost useless. All I get to any application is 'Your application has not been successful'. No reason given. Total waste of effort. Not going to bother my head anymore.

Agents are always helpful, and respond within short period of time, Ryan Rankin was particularly helpful today who sorted my profile and contacted third party company on my behalf to sort the issue.

I applied for my accessNI weeks ago. I paid the required fees and have completed my ID checks, however LAL are yet to process my application. I cannot understand what the holdup is. I have emailed and phoned several times and cannot get a response. I have found this experience extremely tedious and frustrating.

I’ve been a Locum dispenser now for 2yrs and found the LAL app fine, when it works. Recently I had an issue and my instant book function wouldn’t allow me to book the shift I wanted. So I reached out via the web chat and by email for help. This was Friday afternoon. It is now Tuesday afternoon and I’m still waiting on an email reply. I’m furious! The web chat proved even more useless! I got my first response reasonably quickly on Friday, although the information passed to me was for a pharmacist not a dispenser. Why and how could my account and me be confused for a pharmacist??? Despite my continued messages clearly concerned at what was expected of me, no reply was had. I was left all weekend wondering what on earth is going on. Hopeful for a response Monday morning…..nothing! I then sent my 3rd email for assistance, and as I said earlier I’m still waiting for a response. I finally had a web chat Tues afternoon where they confirmed the agent sent me pharmacist details but still haven’t told me why my instant book function was blocked in the first place.
I work with 3-4 other agencies and I can confirm Locate a Locum to be very poor. They don’t seem to know how to communicate or do their job!
