Using this app in the past has always been straightforward and enjoyable, however lately I have been struggling with it somewhat. Getting rejected from shifts and not knowing why is frustrating as initially I had uploaded an incorrect insurance document. While I recognise this was my own fault, on the previous website design your key compliance documents took 3 days to be checked and verified by someone, whereas this time I went weeks before realising my error, only thanks to the reply I received from the help team. Even since though it's hard to know when you are fully registered with a company and if you're eligible for shifts or just not getting them due to competition. Luckily the support team has been very helpful, Ryan Rankin has made an effort to even call in person and provide timely replies to my emails, confirming which companies I'm eligible for and which waiting lists I'm on.

Very low rates, doesn’t take into consideration the years of hard work it takes to become qualified as well as the stress load in most branches.

It took so long to secure a shift I had to settle for one that was available. I was not successful in booking shifts of my choice as they were already taken, yet still advertised on you platform

State they reply in 1 hour on their help chat but I've been ignored for 4 days. Try to call their helpline number and no one answers. Impossible to get in touch with. Would recommend to use other providers or book direct with Locum coordinators.

Very easy app to use but many shifts non negotiable and hourly rates dropping monthly.....emergency shifts better had from other websites ....contact with support is very slow

An app design team who, quite literally could not care less about the service they provide to their users. I can, without question, guarantee that there will be no benefit to be had from providing a review for them except that, perhaps, someone else will see this review and steer well clear of the platform. The app worked brilliantly for a long time, an update then came which wiped out the use of most of the beneficial features and made the app so slow and glitchy that it was virtually impossible to use. In the proceeding 3-6 months the app has gradually become marginally less glitchy but nowhere near the levels it once was which is hardly an acceptable level considering the app is used to book work ie people’s livelihood! On top of this many features still don’t work!
The feedback you give is never replied to and instead you receive (if anything at all) standardised plateaus or responses that for all I know are AI generated due to how exceptionally vague they are.
What you do get are incessant emails about the most moronic and useless of things which clog up your inbox and provide no value whatsoever.

I like that you can see all the shifts in one place
What I don’t like is that if you book one shift you can’t see the shifts for the rest of the day which can be annoying as we lose money. I also don’t like that some companies you can’t negotiate like boots and Superdrug
We’re on the minimum rates even for on the bookings

Poor rates being advertised so have been going direct to companies and securing the same shifts advertised on Lal for much higher rates along with additional perks like mileage and paid breaks
