I hope there was some way for locums to break out the hours they can work especially if it calls for a 12 hour shift and we only want 8. Most shifts we also can’t negotiate. Overall though, the app is easy to use.

Easy booking, Terrible rates
Booking is easy to navigate. Payment is also hassle free. However, it's quite disappointing that this agency is tolerating contractors who have no respect for pharmacists. The rates are terrible and some pharmacies demand more services than the amount paid. As a professional agency, there should be an agreement for contractors not to go lower than a certain rate which is comeasurate with the services being demanded.

The information provided about each shift is great, booking is easy, complete with the confirmation question and information in the reply (successful/unsuccessful) is also very good.

Unable to book shift using locate a locum website
Unable to book shifts via locate a locum website for over three weeks so unfortunately I had to book the shift I was able to cover using another provider!
No one from Locate a locum as emailed me to inform me why the situation hasn't been resolved!

Rates are too low compared to the actual market. So I've not been using the app as much.

Reliable
I always can rely on the information that is posted on the site. Available shifts are updated regularly and the booking process is straightforward enough. No doubts - if I have to choose again a locum agency it wil be Locate a locum.
