Quick response time to any issues
I had to amend my shift time and Ryan was great and helped me to sort this. He was prompt and kept me updated throughout as well. He has always been very helpful!

I needed to negotiate a better rate for a shift and didn’t know how to sort this out easily. So I reached out to Ryan who is always very helpful and responsive to any queries or questions very quickly, which is fantastic.
I usually email him directly and he gets back to me most times within 30 minutes which is nice because it allows me to keep working rather than being on hold on the phone.
I just wanted to give some positive feedback on someone doing a great job!!! Well done and please keep up the good work!!!

Good only when no issues
I like the ease of finding shifts on this site, however, every time I had a problem with any of the booked shifts and I called Locate a Locum nothing happened. I registered 3 times with Day Lewis but never was able to book any shifts, registered with Asda and when they moved to Locate a Locum again- not able to book any shift. I had 2 shifts that were written wrong time(start-end)- again called Locate a Locum and no support. I had 2 weeks cancelled last minute by Superdrug - again no support. Basically Locate a Locum is amazing only as long as you don’t encounter any problem.

The App in itself is not very good in terms of rate capping and not being able to negotiate.
But the staff are very helpful. Specially Pennie, she has been assisting me since I qualified and she is amazing. every negotiation query or paid lunch query she will sort ot out for me.

Easy to book
Easy to book. Immediate confirmation.
Good rewards.
Shame that companies like Boots don't enable negotiation. I realise this isn't down to Locate a Locum but perhaps they could influence.
I have been available for unfilled shifts for marginally above amount advertised but no way to feed this back.

no notifications when new shifts…
no notifications when new shifts posted. no email notifications when new shifts posted. requires manually filtering out unwanted shifts EVERY SINGLE TIME. cannot upload shifts from diary to other calendars. overall not so clever. useful negotiation function & access to Onsi.

I’ve been using the app for a few…
I’ve been using the app for a few months now and I’m very happy with it! The initial registration was a bit of a pain although I do understand that all the statutory information needs to be sent in order for it to work. Once that’s out of the way though it’s super easy to use and if you do have any issues, the customer support is excellent. They are so helpful and responsive! Keep up the great work everyone!

Penny was amazing at helping me when my verification documents had not been approved. I was initially very frustrated and called to express my dissatisfaction. However, Penny made sure the relevant documents were approved and even gave me a phone call back within the same hour! Lifesaver.

Good system but recently some changes…
Good system but recently some shifts have been pinned to the top even though there are newer shifts added which makes booking shifts I’m interested in unnecessarily difficult. If someone doesn’t book a shift it’s unlikely pinning it to the top of the dashboard will help get bookings

Wonderful staff at Boots
Wonderful staff at Boots, St James Centre, Edinburgh. Both the store based pharmacist and dispensers are amazing, friendly, with great knowledge and eager to help. I strongly recommend this store to everyone. The store is very beautiful and clean. If anyone needs any help, I strongly recommend to come to the St James Store. Anyone can find some help both at the pharmacy and at the beauty section. All staff members help with great knowledge and warm attitude.
