Sold out products on Magaza website was…
Sold out products on Magaza website was too many. Had to buy second favorite products. Delivery was on time well packed and safely unpacked apart from cevapcici which was defrosted. Cevapcici by Magaza was tasty but with hard bits inside. Ajvar (Mama's home style) was great and I would recommend it as well as water Rosa.

We completely share your frustration, the new Brexit regulation has significantly impacted imports from EU and rest of Europe, making it exceedingly difficult for Balkan producers to comply with. Our team is doing their absolute best to help the local companies, but we still depend on them to export successfully.

I see you purchased cevapi during the heatwave, we have made sure to provide info upfront that frozen products will be delivered defrosted, ready to be refrigerated and used within a couple of days. Your feedback about the texture is very much appreciated and has been forwarded to our manufacturing facility.

Great service and competitive prices.
This is the second time I have ordered my favorite tea from this company. I initially drank it whilst on holiday in Croatia but was unable to find it in high street retail shops when back home in the UK. Magaza Online came to the rescue and was able to provide the product. I have since purchased 5 packs at a time on 2 occasions. Very happy with the product which is exactly the same as in Croatia. I will certainly continue to use this excellent company which is competitive, efficient and with helpful and polite communication!
