Ordered groceries were packed carefully with lots of protection layers. All arrived within shorter period than estimated.

I buy groceries from this company a few times a year, since they sell food from my country of birth that I cannot get locally. In the past few years I only had one issue with delivery, which was resolved promptly. The food is always well packed and delivered within 3 to 4 days. Postage cost is reasonable, especailly if you order many items, so I will definitely order from Magaza again.

Very impressed with how the products came packed (products that needs to be kept on low temperatures came in thermo bag with a bag of ice). We also got a bag of Clipsy as a present - very thouthfull. Recommending

I have ordered from Magaza many times and every time has been a really good experience. Their products are excellent and always fresh, they pack things better than any online service I've ever had. They have a really wide selection to please anyone. Prices are very reasonable for authentic well sourced produce. Customer service is perfect and on a very human level, very polite, kind and helpful. They even put gifts in your order which is very thoughtful and a nice surprise. For my ex-Yu needs I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Other businesses should take example from Magaza.

Magaza Shop is great! The online service is unparalleled. They package everything so well, the food always comes fresh and on time.

I love that they put some Kiki bombons in the packaging as well that you have to "dig out". It's a bit of a treasure hunt in itself :)

For me, having this grocery shop that caters to Croatians and other people from the ex-Yu region, is so important to feel at home in the big city.

The selection is also pretty wide, which means that I don't have to go on a crazy wide hunt to find items.
