I was excited to find out that this company was Canadian Indigenous owned and bought boots. As I unpacked them at home I noted a sticker on the box stating MADE IN VIETNAM. Beware not all of the boots are Made In Canada, as I wanted to support local.
It is like buying a T-Shirt as a souvenir with CANADA but Made In China label inside. Frankly, to support a Canadian product, it means jobs for Canadians as well not being manufactured in another country. Going to the website there are alot of references of how the company supports communities- and to me that means supporting Canadian manufacturing not just a head office. Bottom line.
There is a narrow range of products made by the Indigenous like the Story book Collection. The rest are marketing! Beautiful workmanship , they need to tell the truth that 80 % made in Vietnam. If I had known I would have purchased Made In Canada boots even though more expensive- but they didn't come clean when asked. So I walked-

Please note the reply I received back does state it is on package but you need to look, that is why I am posting. Just because you have a head office in Canada -so what !!! I am sure any monies from the government must state one of your production/operating sites be in Canada but it does not add to our economy or celebrate indigenous craft.

I bought a pair of Mukluks in winter 2017 and they are 100% the best pair of boots I have ever owned. I did have a size conundrum initially as my one foot is a little bigger than the other, and with a larger boot size, my heels slipped out of the boots slighty as I walked, but the smaller size were pretty snug. I went with the smaller size and regretted it for about a week as my toenails felt a little bruised after extended time in them. They must have stretched out slightly though (really not by much though- not enough to warrant going down a size when you buy a pair), and now they're absolutely perfect. When you go to buy a pair, check the info on the website as the recommedations regarding sizing vary according to the sole your boots have.

Granted my boots only get worn for 3 or 4 months a year, but in their first winter I wore them pretty much every single day from December to April in consistently cold, snowy conditions around the minus 10-20 celcius mark, and they are beautifully warm and comfortable without ever making your feet feel overly hot or sweaty. I have also worn them in milder climates and they're great for less extreme cold too, so are very versatile.

Although I didn't specifically purchase a waterproof style, they seem to hold up pretty well in slush and the occassional puddle.

I especially love the flexible, minimalist Vibram sole which is what decided me on these over other winter boots, the only thing I would say is that they're not great in very slippery conditions; I don't slide all over the place in them, but I am extra cautious as the soles do sometimes slip on ice.

If you are on the fence about purchasing a pair, or are weighing up your options and the practicality of these alongside other winter boots like Sorels, I can say without hesitation that these beat other brands I have tried and are totally worth the cost!

I would like to bring to your attention the terrible customer service I experienced with Manitobah Mukluks. I recently purchased a pair of Aigle Miss Julie rain boots from Little Burgundy and noticed there were white marks on one of them after two weeks from date of purchase. I decided to contact customer service for Aigle (Manitobah Mukluks) to inquire what can be done to address the white marks. The messages I received from your staff were highly inconsistent. There was no single point of contact regarding my issue. Every single time I responded there would be a different customer service representative replying to my message. The messaging from the staff went from offering me a new pair of boots to there is no warranty on the product. 
The one specific customer service representative that was extremely rude to me was Angelle C. As I was experiencing difficulty navigating the different responses I was receiving from your staff, I decided it may be best to call and speak with a representative. Angelle C was the representative that answered my call. As I was explaining my situation, she asked if I was XXXX and once I confirmed my identity she became extremely rude to me. She stated that there would be no warranty on the product since it was not distributed directly to Little Burgundy from Manitobah Mukluks. When I questioned her how would a regular consumer know whether an Aigle product was sold by an authorized retailer, she could not answer the question and simply continued to repeat that Little Burgundy did not get the product directly from Manitobah Mukluks. As our conversation went on I was extremely frustrated with her tone of voice and attitude and I asked to speak to a manager to escalate the issue. That when she advised that she was the most senior staff and that there was no manager I could speak with regarding the issue. When I questioned her how could there be no manager I could speak to she said I can believe whatever I can believe and hung up on me. Her tone of voice and attitude from the moment she confirmed my identity was rude, condescending and unprofessional. If she knew about my name then there must be communication within the customer service team and I would have expected a consistent message from your staff. I can say this is by far the worst customer service I experienced. I have since returned the rain boots to Little Burgundy. Going forward I will make sure not to purchase any Aigle products and products supported by Manitobah Mukluks knowing the terrible customer service I would have to deal with should an issue arise. I will definitely tell my friends and family to do the same.

After ordering boots for my GF at Christmas time, we had a series of shipping errors and poor customer service from this company. Needless to say, two months later, we still had not received the boots we wanted. After leaving a negative review on this site, we were contacted immediately by the head of customer service. After looking into our order, not only did they give us a full refund, but they also had the proper boots sent out to us immediately at no cost. They even threw in a free care kit. While they made a terrible first impression, once the right people were informed, the company absolutely did right by us as the consumer. I have decided to revise my original one star review to better reflect how well the company responded to our concerns and issues. Hopefully they don't have to do this too often, but if you do run into issues, it is nice to know the company will do everything they can to make things right. The boots look great on my GF and they are very well-made. No issues with the actual product at all once we finally got it!!

Love the look of my boots but there is zero support and frankly not even that warm. :)

A Canadian company that supports aboriginal people and the transmission of traditional art. Really good service, replies same day. Fast delivery. Returns simple. Redbox and send back via Purolator with the prepaid return sticker . Boots ( snowy owl) very comfortable. I bought a size down and it fit well. Love the warmth, -30 was warm and cosy. Soles are thin for cement. Really an outdoor boot when there is soft ground or snow cover . I love the moccasins bought 3 and all so beautiful design and colours true to webpage. Very warm and comfortable in the winter. Not for summer wear.

Worst purchase I've ever made. The company clearly states that you should buy a size down from your normal size as the boots are supposed to expand, but they didn't have a size 4 so I bought a size 5 which is my usual shoe size, thinking I could at least wear them with thick socks. After trying to wear them in for weeks, they are still far too small, pinching and giving me blisters. On top of this, the company has a menu for UK purchases, but after the boots arrived i was charged £60 on import duties which made the whole thing extortionately expensive. I wrote to the company about these issues but they didn't do anything.
