Extremely Poor Customer Service and Unreasonable Charges
The level of customer service has been extremely disappointing. There is no convenient online portal to make payments, making the whole process unnecessarily difficult.
My biggest concerns are the unexplained increases in my bills, the excessive electricity charges, and the way my account has been handled. I have serious concerns that my personal details have been used to open an electricity account with a different company without my authorisation, and despite raising concerns, I continue to feel harassed by repeated contact.
I run a small café, yet I am being charged over £1,200 per month for electricity. On top of these already excessive bills, the unit rates keep increasing, along with what appears to be an unreasonably high standing charge. These costs are simply unsustainable for a small business, and I have serious concerns about whether the rates and charges being applied to my account are correct.
I expect a full explanation of these charges, a detailed breakdown of my tariff and standing charges, and a thorough investigation into how my personal details have allegedly been used to open an account with another company.
Overall, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and excessive costs have caused considerable frustration. I would strongly urge other small business owners to carefully check their contracts, tariffs and bills before committing to an energy supplier.

Reviewing the transfer process
All staff unfailingly polite but the transfer from old supplier felt a little clunky as there was a few days between the end of old contract before new contract picked up. This meant having to settle a few days out of contract costs with previous supplier by direct payment as direct debit was not used out of contract.
The process of waiting two to three months for consumption records to settle to determine realistic monthly payments- the amount debited in month 1 and 2 appears excessive and was not explained clearly or the actual amount noted in the formal acceptance letter.
