​I called in to book my vacation package and was completely blown away by the level of service. The representative was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire booking process effortless. They answered all of my questions, tailored everything to my exact needs, and secured an amazing package for my trip.
​If you are looking to book a vacation package with Israel Cruz, do not hesitate—their customer service is top-tier! I am beyond excited for my trip and will definitely be booking with them again in the future. Highly recommended!

Kristine Terounzo was very helpful. She answered questions, I didn't even know I had.

I had to rebook my package with the white glove service and have had nothing but problems rescheduling. I originally booked with Kaitlyn Wolfe who supposedly booked everything then put me on hold for over twenty minutes. I emailed her while on hold. Waited a while, still no response and I hung up. She finally responded and said “ So that was to confirm the booking it has to go through go before it is fully confirmed we’re u able to go through them??” I replied “ No, I waited on hold for over twenty minutes and no one ever picked up. The recording was as if I was on hold waiting for someone to answer an initial call, certainly not a confirmation for someone to complete the booking. I emailed you twice while on hold then hung up.” no response from Kaitlyn Wolfe. I emailed again “ So now what? It seems you are telling me that my trip is not booked. Can you fix this?” Still no response from Kaitlyn. I call back a couple weeks later when I find some more time to deal with this. I got Felicia, who was very nice but looking at the email confirmation, I was shorted a night. It is five nights and six days. I’m only booked for four nights. I don’t have time to just sit on a phone waiting for this company to get themselves together. I’m completely frustrated with this. Now I’m going to have to find some more time to waste on a phone for them to fix this. Oh and you can only use white glove service once, then you have to pay for it again, just so you know. I did pay for it again, just in case, but I think that is very misleading.

I had to spend hours of time to get my money back, after canceling my reservation during the first call with this lousy company...

Troy was extremely helpful in reviewing the vacation packages I had purchsed earlier this year. He reviewed many available vacation destinations and was scrupulously careful to disclose all fees and costs, as well as amenities and local tourist attaractions.
I travel with my family, usually on school vacation periods, so I did not book anything today. But I will return when I get the school vacation calendar information.
