Been a long time dedicated cus of morrisons and so has all my family but after the sacking of a manager who tried to stop a thief. We will no longer be shopping with Morrisons. We have been going elsewhere and will carry on shopping elsewhere. Your daily morrisons are ridiculous by the way. The one in leeds on burley road are atrocious.
ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
This company has the worst customer service team that I have ever come across - abysmal!! I had issues with my delivery and was told I was getting a £9.25 refund and may take up to 2 weeks to reach my bank but never received.
Despite calls chasing it up and 13 emails - some to Chief Executive nothing has been actioned. I called today to speak to head of customer service - can’t put you through closed! Asked to speak to CE - sorry cannot transfer to any management. All I can say is avoid using this online grocery service and if ever you come across Ankit you are wasting your time! I have given up now and closing my account as I would rather deal with a reliable and trustworthy store! Wish there was an option for 0 stars.

I was absolutely disgusted on reading about what happened to your loyal staff member, Sean Egan. Where is the common sense? Clearly there is none! No wonder this woke Country has gone to the dogs, it's absolute madness. I will never again spend a penny in a Morrisons Store.
Not delivered on scheduled date and…
Not delivered on scheduled date and time slot, didn’t let me know until an hour before the delivery was due. They’d already messaged to say one of my selected items wasn’t available, this was annoying but I can accept that may happen, but after cancelling my delivery at such short notice I feel compelled to leave this review, I was relying on the delivery as I’m a long way from the store.

Egan(Aldridge store) should not be ignored. By your companies actions, you are in fact siding with criminals not only against your loyal workers but also honest customers, who your company will know doubt expect to make up the shortfall of profits due to stealing. This is disrespect to the people who pay your wages. Also on a final note, your complaints department appears to be a non existent merry go round for your customers.

Not delivered Order from Morrisons via Uber Eats
Ordered from Morrisons via Uber Eats. Driver left shopping 2 miles away, no contact. Had to go in pjs , We went to the location and it wasn’t there. Reported but no resolution yet.

Half a point for being able to get a same day delivery, the other half for the delivery turning up.
Third time subbed for an item scotch pies with Morrisons own mince one...yuk
Put a claim in for missing, short dated and damaged items...they refused no reason given

Absolute shambles
Absolute shambles. Ordered the in a hurry order, 6 hours later still no delivery. Telephoned 5 times, extremely difficult to reach anyone. Was told order would be another two hours. I told them to cancel as no use as already ordered with Tesco. Two hours later, food was delivered! I refused said it and told delivery driver order had been cancelled. Week later still no refund, numerous phone calls, still waiting. Will never order through Morrisons again. Tesco on the other hand, delivered within 20 minutes.

Here we go again you would think they would learn but NO just as the legs of lamb and the chicken now they advertise pork but guess as before no stock castle Bromwich store you need to look at your projective sales and not runout of stock as you constantly do on offers around your meat stocks when offer are on ???? Poor foreword planning bad management seriously thinking about shopping at your store other problem that as not been resolver your apple turnovers or should I say cream turnovers very little apple all puff and cream !!!!!!

Oh dear, I wished I'd checked these guys out on Trustpilot before I placed my order. Still sat here waiting some 3 hours after the Morrison's Now delivery time I decided to order from Sainsbury's. Sainsbury's have now been, delivered and left. They were five minutes late and have apologised profusely. Not a peep from Morrison's. Might have a word with Trading Standards about use of the term 'Morrison's Now'. Perhaps 'Morrison's some time in the distant future, possibly, could be, don't know, maybe not', would be more legitimate. Sorry guys but this let down has left me with a negative impression. Sainsbury's - I apologise, I'm coming back, don't worry. The competition is weak.

Dreadful service delivery still not here after two days. Multiple phone calls promised but not delivered. Call centre unable to help. We can all understand delays but this company are obviously setting up contracts they cannot fulfill this is a completely unacceptable business model based sales promises rather than ability or intention to fulfill. Went directly to the store in question and they couldn’t have been any more helpful. Obviously, had we had direct communication with the store when we called things could have been sorted out in a quick and practical way

Ordered online which is easy to navigate and find products
Delivery was bang on time from my local store ( Weston-super-Mare) & Terry, the delivery man was polite, friendly, professional and explained my one substitution clearly. Terry was mentoring a new staff member - he introduced us and explained processes to his new colleague and included me in the conversation which was nice.

Never order from Morrisons online! Its arrived 2 and half hour late! And they charged me 10£ more then the bill stated and when i asked about it they denied it (even when i have screenshots of my account statement) and said i should sort it out with my bank. Absolute rip off and rubbish service the costumer service is utterly unhelpful and rude.

Oh my god what a lash up my first online order with Morrisons never again back to Tescos for me, ordered cooked meats only 2 available other substituted with the same item, ordered beef joint substituted with pork, order late being delivered more items out of stock never ever again worst experience of online shopping.
First and last exsperience for home delivery
First experience using delivery. Online was easy, found everything I wanted and I thought all was in stock. Sadly on the day I get the dreaded email, 8 items not available. The lamb leg was substituted for beef, the mature cheese was substituted with cheese triangles and the Easter egg couldn't be substituted!! Not to mention the Easter crafts and bits, there was no apparent substitution for these either.
The delivery driver as nice as he was, he was very unhelpful and a terrible driver. I only ordered online to save my daughter from seeing her egg and treats, won't bother in future. Total hassle as you still have to visit a shop for what they forgot or couldn't find. I do wonder what the staff are doing in the store when collecting this stuff,!
